The place is fantastic :it's Quiet!!! The service is impeccable. The menu is unique, gourmet and diverse. Everything tastes just perfect. The chef is a magician. We have been there at least 20 times over the year and have never been disappointed. One of the best places in Madrid and, certainly, my favorite.

We really liked the restaurant, the service was very kind, the dishes very tasty (the only thing for me which does not match in flavours is the tuna tataki with caramelised onion and a special miso flavoured mayonnaise). Our other main was sirloin steak (solomillo), excellent meat, prepared exactly as requested. We choose foie as starter and coulant de chocolate for dessert, both excellent. They applied immediately the fork discount as well. We would highly recommend the place.

Final night in Madrid and we wanted to go somewhere special. A 50% off food offer popped up on my phone for East 47, so based on other reviews, we decided to book. We were not disappointed. Service was attentive and friendly; Amanda was especially welcoming. The food was delicious and the wine recommendation spot on. All in all an excellent meal to end our trip on.

Must be one of the best kept secrets in Madrid this place. Was on a 3 day break with my wife and visited this place on 2nd night. It was so good, we went back on the 3rd night. Food was absolutely outstanding. For some reason, especially given it is located in a large hotel, restaurant was quiet on both nights. The quality of the food is as good as you'll get anywhere and of Michelin star quality. If you enjoy great food at a very reasonable price then this place should not be missed. Wines also very reasonably priced.

The food was very creative and tasty. We didn't appreciate that we were shhhhh from the waitress who previously ignored our request for service. We also constantly had to ask for service to get drinks and food. Very disappointing experience being told first time in the world to be quiet when all our party did was laugh and have a good time in a restaurant that was casual not a Michelin star!

My spouse and I had dinner at the place. While the food was definitely good, the service was below average and one could feel claustrophobic - the ceilings are very low and there isn't sufficient lightning.
