10/10We had a very nice experience at Eastwood. The prices were Okay, service was very good and the stuff was very friendly. The only thing that i did not like was there was no sign boards at the entrance so we and our guests were searching for the place more than 10 mins in the pouring rain while we were already there. I hope they add a sign boards.

9.5/10After reading prior reviews my expectation of the Eastwood Beer and Grill was that it would be more of a “bar and grill” casual type restaurant. The restaurant in fact exceeded those expectations and really is a clean, modern casual steakhouse experience. While focused on steak, there were other options as well. 3 out of 4 of us went with steaks, which were perfectly prepared and presented. One person had the chicken dish, which was also delicious. Sides were very good as well. We liked the casual vibe. Service was very good. Exceeded our expectations; would return again.

7/10Well located near Centraal Station with a beautiful view of the water. The restaurant itself is bright and modern, the service friendly. Unfortunately, the dishes are only average. The steak and signature burger were extremely dry.

8.5/10Nice place and nice view Good food but expensive compared to the quantities We took 1.2 kg of tomahawk but after removing the bone and fat we were left with just under 800 grams of meat The waitress was really kind and helpful

7.5/10Service was good. Got the ribeye steak. It was mediocre at best. Lots of gristle and ultimately not much meat. Certainly, not at 45 euro steak. The sides were Mac & cheese and the fries. Fries were good. Mac and cheese was mediocre. Two steaks, two drinks, two sides, and bitter ballem was 145 euros.

10/10Well, scrambled for reservations, and after a quick read we went for the Eastwood. Next to the train station, spacious and large serving areas, and the food was a pleasant surprise. The short ribs were amazing, no bones just little cutlets type things, no sauce required. Really nicely done

5.5/10Food was not amazing but okay. Portions were small and service was awful. It was very very late, we got our main course in one hour after ordered and you can not catch someone who you can order something. They leave you the menu and come back for orders in 15-20 minutes. So so slow. We even waited for our table for about 20 minutes.

9.5/10Booked this restaurant on TheFork recommendation, wasn’t disappointed. Lovely food, great service and a nice choice of Gluten Free options. The waiter was excellent and offered advice on GF food and portion sizes.

10/10The Eastwood Grill made my husband’s birthday very special. The food was delicious, with succulent steaks & tasty desserts. Choosing of steak knives was a novelty that we loved. The ambience was inviting, relaxing and much fun. Ellie did a wonderful job of explaining the items on the menu & advising on menu choices. She made us feel at home and most importantly, she kept the taps flowing.

9.5/10We were at Schipol for a 24 hour layover. Decided to take the train to Amsterdam for dinner. The staff here was wonderful, the wine was good, and our steaks cooked properly. They were tasty. Excellent choice for a reasonably priced dinner. Lovely exoerience.

6.5/10The food was OK, for the price I expected better. I have had better steaks for less, the service was also average. Restaurant itself was nice and a nice ambience. I think if it was slightly cheaper it would be more fitting.

5.5/10Totally disappointed, and quite frankly, totally misled by reviewers on another well known ratings site, who raved about their “fine dining” experience and gave the highest marks possible - assuming these were real reviews. The setting is more akin to a coffee shop, and opens to the hotel lobby, which gets boisterous. The pleasant enough waitress wanted to know our selections before asking if we wanted something to drink and before advising as to the specials. The Dutch beef entree was a dab of stew style meet, along. With a maybe 2” wide, 1” high medallion of beef, accompanied by four small pieces of root vegetables, for 30e. The halibut, although good sized and nicely cooked, was entirely filled with the complete skeletal bones; if that’s how they prepare their halibut rather than as a steak or filet, please advise. Lastly, the wine pour was three fingers from the bottom of the glass, so pretty skimpy. So rather than believe all those ridiculous reviews, I should have ordered a burger and a beer.

3.5/10The staff were nice, but our starter came out cold (soup) , the mains came out & my pasta was ok but my partner ordered his steak medium rare, it came out completely raw (which some people like it like that - that’s ok) he asked for it to be cooked a bit more (he was embarrassed asking) the girl was lovely and brought it back to the kitchen, only to bring it back 2 minutes later still completely raw on the inside just a bit more charred on the outside. The waitress did apologise and was nice but it was awkward afterwards we felt like we had done something wrong or like we had been difficult to deal with when we were leaving, I was so embarrassed saying something even though the food was cold/undercooked. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I had booked this restaurant based on the good reviews so I just don’t want it to happen to someone else

10/10The food was outstanding but what made it different and really specials was a waitress called Bogi from Hungary. She was funny, energetic, engaging, knowledgeable and made you feel like you were her friend immediately. This made my girlfriend's birthday meal really special. Please give her a payrise! Would visit a million more times.

8.5/10Food was wonderful. It took a very long time to arrive though. We raised this with the waiting staff twice who told us it was because they were busy and they did compensate us with some drinks which was nice. There was some difficulty when we wanted to split the bill with our party, which was eventually overcome.

10/10An absolutely amazing restaurant. The service was brilliant and the food was delicious. I would recommend anyone giving this place a go. The atmosphere was so chill but romantic at the same time. It’s a bit out of the way from the actual Dam square but still worth it. Was about €15 to get from the Dam square to the restaurant
