4.5/10I had a waiter going over my shoulder the whole time to get chopsticks. Went there before and food was great. Now it’s blend and more expensive ! Don’t recommend it.

7/10The food was fairly good but you order off your phone from a QR code on the table. If using The Fork discount, please be aware it’s ONLY applicable to non menu items and almost everything is considered a menu item. Only like appetizers like gyozas, rice and soup and salad are included in the discount. Ramen, sushi, noodles dishes are all considered menu items and the discounts won’t apply. So just know that prior to going.

6/10We were sat by the door, so it was very breezy each time someone walked in, i had to dine with my jacket on. To order you need to use the QR code, thats fine and quite efficient, but if you want a drink you have to prepay, and enter your credit card details - so its a real faff to get a drink; furthermore you still have to pay at the end for your food; not very customer friendly to pay twice. We only went their because it was a promo on Fork, but the promo is not on all the dishes, so its was not that cost effective. Would not return based on the above points.

2/10The discount is a scam! At first they said only sushi get 50% off then when we pay they said no discount at all then we showed our reservation with fork they only get 1 of the cheapest food 50% off what a scam

The food was great, their staff were kind though a bit shy perhaps? The “order from your phone” thing was a little odd but not bad, but I can see it putting some people off. But the food was great, their staff decor was fantastic, the staff were kind, and the prices are super reasonable. Overall I think this was a great night out.

I had the absolute worst experience at this so-called “sushi restaurant.” First of all, the food was far from authentic — everything tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The fish was not fresh, the rice was mushy, and the presentation was sloppy. I’ve had better sushi from a grocery store. The service was just as bad, if not worse. The staff was rude and dismissive, completely uninterested in making customers feel welcome. They didn’t bother to explain the menu or check on us even once during the meal. When we asked for water, it took 20 minutes to arrive, and when it did, the glasses were dirty. To top it all off, the restaurant was unclean. The tables were sticky, the floor was filthy, and I even saw flies buzzing around the counter. It was absolutely disgusting. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Really nice food, we tried the sushi, chicken, spring rolls and gyoza. It was all really nice and fresh and with the 50% off deal through the fork it was so cheap! The food is already well-priced so this deal was really great, I recommend this place a lot.
