Great food, great wine, great service!

Tucked away up a flight of stairs into a stunning dining room (there are two, each lovely). We had 5 courses for lunch. Each excellent. Salad greens tasted super fresh and flavorful. We had 2 fish courses - each very individual. Enjoyed both. Chocolate dessert was outstanding. Interestingly, although I am a chocolate person, the fruit dessert was as good as the chocolate, which was outstanding. Both had strong, compelling flavors. Service friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

Ed.Em is wonderful. We did a five course tasting on a recent trip to Beaune. The flavors were fantastic, the courses prepared meticulously, and the pigeon was the best I've had.

Friendly service. We had a lunch menu which was very Nice. We drunk a Corton 2018 diamond la pousse d’0r from the winelist. Fantastic wine.

Very nice wines and ambiance although bit formal fine Food is beautiful presented and the taste is sometimes a bit bland for star level Staff very attentive and helpful

The food is excellent & very reasonably priced for the quality. There were not that many Michelin star restaurants open on a Sunday so it was a real blessing for us it was open. The cheese board is to die for but every course was superb. The service is not bad but they were a bit short staff but this is not a real complain!

Excellent experience and one of the very best pigeon dishes I have ever eaten. Will definitely return when next in Burgundy

This small restaurant has high aspirations and some of them are met. The sauces were glorious. Lotte of the main dish was served virtually raw...mistake or intention? Cheese a high point. With only 2 servers for 20 people (7 2-tops/1 party of 6) service did not achieve 1star, in my opinion. They were however very professional servers and trying as hard as they could. One more back up would have been superb. And, where is Em? A woman's touch would have been wonderful.

The restaurant is amazing! Wonderful food! Only an airconditioner would be nice. It was quite warm in the restaurant.

We had a really superb meal here. The service was discreet, respectful and attentive throughout, which made us feel special. The food was a delight, with well-conceived ideas prepared and served perfectly. We loved it!

Outstanding 6 course meal. Excellent service throughout. Dishes were a work of art, almost a shame to eat them. Restaurant is on the second floor above a vigneron.

Amazing food. Vegtables served with fish was the best I have ever had. Fish was one of tge most tenter, a little on the over cooked side though. Chocolate dessert was amazing.

Excellent lunch on the weekend of the ventes des hospices. The restaurant was full but that the team did a marvelous job of taking care of us. As for the food it was beautiful to look at and was very tasty. Our friends were very impressed.

We have been to Ed.Em 4 times by now and every time we had a wonderful experience. The restaurant is quiet and informal. The food is amazing with great attention to detail, cooked to perfection and the restaurant has a large selection of wines from the village (Chassagne-Montrachet).

Excellent restaurant that deserves it's Star. Staff were excellent, spoke very good English, always on the ball to ptovide the right service on a busy night. Food was flavorsome, inventive, visually most appealing, and well balanced. Prices were right for the quality and wine selection well thought out. Highly recommended
