Very nice place. One comment though, we booked because we wanted German food, however the menu was 85% Spanish. We selected amongst the German items and they were very good though.

I used to dine at Edelweiss for many years (in the 1990s and early 2000s). I loved it. When I returned after a decade or so I was terribly disappointed: the ambience and the service had deteriorated a lot. I returned a couple of times this year and was very impressed. This restaurant deserves a second chance.

Lovely place/food/ambience/decoration. Spanish or German options- great cuisine ☺️!! It is also in the heart of a picturesque and quiet area of Madrid. Very recommended.
