8.5/10A quiet and hidden place in the middle of woods, and the food is nicely presented. It would be nicer to have more choices for lunch, but will definitely come back for a dinner!

5/10The restaurant/brasserie is a bit difficult to find, and you have to know it. It is the end of the road past de Zandafgraving. So you do need some kind of own transport to get there (or walk). It is located on the top of the hill, near a small scale holiday park. The menu itself looks nice. It differs though from their internet site. They have special facilities for smaller kids, as well as a children's menu. And funnily enough that is where the food was messed up: pizza were very large (I think two children can easily share one) but the taste according to the kids in our party was not great (aged 7, 6 and 4). The pasta also was too spicy (aged 11). The only good one was a pancake, which however is not enough to feed a 5 year old.. Food for adults was ok. Some special dishes on it, such as spinach quiche, calf cheeks (very tender) and risotto. Also some salads. So i think if they get their act together on the kid's menu, i am convinced they will be able to get a much better score. The location will definitely help.
