Bad experience. The service was extremely slow. We had to wait 2 hours for our starter and the paella. Other customers left because of the delay in the service. In addition, the paella was too salty and the fried squid was undercooked. I would never come back there.

food was overall good. Price was ok with the discount but would have been way too exaggerated without. when we arrived all the staff seemed lost and confused as if they had no idea we booked, no one spoke a word of english and it seemed like they never had clients before. we asked for water and they told us they didnt have any. Service could be better but the food was good

The restaurant was really worm!!! Too much…. The starter was small and insignificant! In Spain wherever you go the ham is fantastic, here was first mod all so tiny and the test was less then the average!!! Nobody told us that there were another room on the first floor with more cold air…

The service was friendly and did their best, but the appetizers did not come through at the same time. The main courses were served while I was only halfway through my appetizer. We had to ask for a cooler for the wine we ordered. However, the quality of the food and the presentation of the dishes were fantastic! Therefore, still highly recommended.

We discovered this place through The Fork with 50% discount. The waiter was professional. We ordered paella with calamares, gambas and garlic. We didn't see the garlic and were 4 tiny gambas. We ordered huevos ruetos which were ok and 2 beers. We paid 28€. It was a nice place, but only with discount.

Service level very poor. We had a six course degustation menu and had to ask for new plates. Communication in English was impossible, but the waiter didn't even (want to? ) understand our Spanish. Waiter was rather clumsy, which was also noticed on other tables and caused some laughing. Food was rather good, though some combinations were rather unusual, which can also be seen as creativity. But the food was niet allways fresh, the entrecote was not an entrecote, and the dessert was rather poor. We were one week in Valencia, and from all the restaurants we visited this was the only disappointment.
