A hidden gem that ended up being our favorite restaurant from our entire trip in Spain. We had such a good time we came back two days in a row. We ordered across the entire menu - empanadas, salad, tapas, steaks, dessert - and every dish was excellent and prices were very reasonable. Service was top notch and personable. If only we could find a place like this back home!

We really enjoyed our meal at El Bodegon. The pork shoulder, I had - was the best pork I have ever eaten. The cheese cake was really delicious too.

Great find! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making recommendations and answering questions. The food was superb and in good portions, and there was enough variety a la carte. The location is 20min away from Passeig de Gràcia but there is a tube station nearby if you don't feel like walking. We will definitely go back and will recommend to friends!
