Great food, good pricing with the discount, and the ambience is not bad either, but the service is some of the worst service I ever got. Arrived at 13:30h, got my food at 14:45h...ah and they got the order wrong. The employee that attended us, understood neither English, or Portuguese, or actually just Spanish since that was the idiom of the menu...First, they brought us the completey wrong dish, then, after more than 30 minutes lf seeing people arriving and getting their orders, we asked why the delay, basically had to reorder, she supposedly understood, then came back to confirm, said she understood Pollo, when we ordered El Capitan, so we corrected her, went into the kitchen, 15 minutes later still brought us Pollo instead of what we ordered. It's a shame really because the food is not bad at all, but the service made me really not enjoy my experience at all. Would probably come back one day, hope they got which employee was responsible and educate her.

The food is both colourful, well presented and tasty. Unfortunately the whole experience was offset by really slow service, and 7+ euros margaritas which were served nearly in a shot glass. Fortunately there was a 30% discount by Fork otherwise it would have been grossly overpriced.

El Capitan has awesome food, quite a nice service where all employees were pretty nice and competent. The space was good but sadly if you sit outside the smell can be a bit bad because of the river (not the restaurant's fault).
