+3This is a Spanish fusion creative restaurant featuring a classic white and wood interior and a charming transparent terrace for outdoor seating. The attentive and friendly waitstaff excel in providing insightful recommendations on their diverse menu. We indulged in a selection of dishes including Arroz meloso con espárragos verdes y boletus, Callos a la madrileña, Steak Tartar al gusto, and Corvina al horno con su ajada y verduras salteadas. Each dish delighted our taste buds with its flavorful composition and generous portions. Particularly noteworthy was the Arroz meloso, a delectable and creamy delight. The kitchen's thoughtful gesture of separating plates for sharing enhanced our dining experience. Since its opening last summer, the restaurant has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence in both service and culinary offerings. With prices averaging around 20 EUR per dish, the value proposition is undeniable. As word spreads, I anticipate this establishment becoming a popular dining destination in the near future.

Was hoping for a good experience here but it turns out just like any other restaurants. Nothing remarkable or memorable, except that we felt the service was not warm and friendly. We were the first in the restaurant and asked if we could have a table in the corner. They insisted on a table in the middle of the room, saying that it was set for 3 people. Some time later, a party of 3 arrived, they bought an extra set of plate to set up the table for 3 in the corner that we had wanted. Why now and not when we asked when each party had the same number of people (3)?

The decor and ambiance were impeccable, very chique. The menu was not extensive but the food we ate was exquisite in terms of quality produce, flavour and presentation. Last but not least, a wonderful service.

+4It's a beautiful place, great atmosphere. Excellent service and the food is a gourmet experience. Will repeat my Valentine's Celebration next year in this venue.

Nice dinner. We were placed in a quieter area because we wanted to catch up and talk. The vibe and decor are nice. Small nice details like a complimentary appetiser: vichyssoice, large- very nice olives and selection of breads. We liked the artichokes with foie and fish of the day which was corvina (no bones) with steamed veggies. Two glasses of wine- the house wine is a Ribera but tried the Rioja (Marqués de Vargas which we liked a lot). Properly dressed table, table cloth etc. 95 in total for both of us with dessert and wine and we ate well. I will come back in my next regular visit to Madrid and discover the rest of the menu.

The inside was near empty, people were sitting outside. The food is average, ok quality but nothing exceptional. The wine list was short, reasonable, but unfortunately the two most intersections wines from the list were not available. We ordered a lesser known label, based on recommendation- it was not that good for 128 Euro. We will not go back

We truly enjoyed our meal at D3S30 - the food was excellent and the staff was just lovely. A genuine warm welcome. Another couple leaving as we arrived felt the same - they raved to us about their experience!
