A new restaurant with delicious and original food. So few people when I went that it was very quiet and pleasant

Staffs were kind but the service was wayyy to slow. The slowest in Paris. Took 30 minutes to receive the entree, and took another 30 minutes to receive the main menu.

It’s a premium restro-bar with a nice ambience and good overall vibe. The food tasted good and was well presented, though portions were on the smaller side for the price. Overall quality was decent, but slightly expensive for what you get. Service, however, was inconsistent. A guy received us and we were seated at a table that wasn’t ready, no water glasses, cutlery, or napkins, and had to wait around 15 minutes just to receive the menu. A lady staff member, who had already finished her shift, had to step in to help. She was very kind, spoke good English, and took our order. Even after requesting dishes one by one, there was still a noticeable wait between courses. In summary, good food and ambience, but service gaps make the experience feel average rather than premium.

It took a little while to be shown to our table after we arrived. However, the staff were very kind and the food was absolutely delicious.
