El Pedrusco is an unassuming restaurant on a small street in Chamberí. The food is absolutely excellent. I recommend that you order the suckle lamb and pig as you reserve as it is required to order that in advance in order to have that for dinner. They speak English if you do not know Spanish. A lovely place with a Michelin rating.

This restaurant is worth a stop if you are in Madrid and looking for a quiet and cozy lunch ambiance and regional cuisine from Segovia, including Suckling Pig.

Exceptionally tasty food. The chef delivered from start to finish and although I eat out a lot ans tend to be picky, I could not identify a single flaw (neither my partner). There are few places that I remember, but this will be definitely one of them!

We had an outstanding family meal here. The service was warm and knowledgeable, the tasting menu with wine was delicious and incredible value. Highly recommend!

A very cozy and homely place. I specifically ordered the fusion menu because I wanted to try something new and unique for me, but we ended up getting dishes from another menu. As it was explained to us, they were sure that we would like this one too and the chef couldn't make another one. In the end, although the food was good, but it was nothing surprising for us. The only thing left in my memory was very tasty cheesecake.

I would absolutely reccommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy some delicious sucking pig in Madrid. The service was great, the restaurant very traditional and cute, and best of all the delicious food. I would also suggest the artichoke hearts. Loved this place!
