This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve encountered in all of my travels. We loved the concept, but the fact that food is left sitting out for what visibly looked like hours (coagulated/old) and wasn’t replace until “dinner - 8:30pm) was beyond off putting! If there are hours of operation you know you will not have the volume of guests to support the food sitting out you should simply close for a few hours or not offer the food. Nothing was labeled, no one explained anything. I was disgusted by what ended up being tuna and bacon crusted from being unrefrigerated. I did see a new plate come out of the kitchen as we were leaving, but at that point - what’s the point? The manager/owner did nothing, but yell at the staff while standing directly next to our table. It was an absolutely awful experience- plain and simple! In addition to that I will likely not use TheFork again just for associating with this establishment.

It was €21 for a small sangria, small tiramisu, and four Pinchos. The salmon Pinchot was good, but I’ve had better croquettes at many other places. The sweet and sour shrimp have been sitting in the sauce, and it was soggy. I think the staff expected me to order a meal after the pinchos, but I wasn’t impressed. Staff was kind and attentive.

Disappointed in food quality - tapas tasted like they were not fresh at all and mixed with a very cheap Mayo. The entrecôte was rather boiled than grilled.

Great food, great service by most of the team. However the deal is a bit weird, the menu for the fork customers is a lot more expensive than the tapas menu if paying full price, but it works out ok with the discount. Even though it says you can, don’t pay through the fork… the member of staff behind the till got very frustrated at me for doing this, even though no one stopped me and it’s set up for you to do it. Overall small gripes and food was delicious, and main waiter was so friendly with great recommendations ☺️

They simply did not apply the promised 50% discount on the reservation. I hope The Fork will give us back the promised discount. when we arrived, we identified ourselves with the name on the reservation, and they said they would apply the 50% discount. So we ordered several tapas for our family and no one told us nothing About while we ordered. however, it was only when the bill arrived that they invented that the discount would only apply to the menu items (salads, paellas, etc.), and not to the tapas (and it was a tapas house!). I said that the fork reservation said the opposite (that the discount would only NOT apply to menu items and drinks, and YES to the rest), that is, that it would apply to Tapas. he did not agree and asked me to show this information on the fork reservation, I showed the reservation email that said exactly that, and even so he repeated that it would actually be the opposite of what was written there. I wasnt believeing on what was happening. I paid because I was with my family with two children, and the environment was becoming inhospitable because of what they were inventing. that wasn't enough, the quality of the food was terrible. tapas made days ago completely dry. and even so it was our most expensive dinner in Barcelona (87 euros for fish tapas with completely dry and Full of mayonnaise). I really hope the fork refunds our money, otherwise it will be clear that it just sends its customers to inhospitable places to solve themselves with local dangers.
