It has been our first visit to this restaurant (El Rebost de Can Moragues) and organic shop outlet. The ensemble is a project run under the Emys foundation. Quoting from the webpage (https://www.canmoragues.org/en/): "The Emys Foundation advises the producers of the Pantry to grow their ingredients not only organically, but also in Agriculture of High Natural Value: one that promotes biodiversity. These producers fill the shelves of the Pantry and put the ingredients on the dishes you taste in the restaurant space." The menu, in line with the philosophy of the place, offers dishes based of ecological products grown in the proximity area. They are good and finely cooked. The offer is simple yet diverse enough to enjoy a good meal. In summary, a pleasant and peculiar place. Anybody sympathetic or not with its philosophy should give it a chance.
