I provided a positive review to Tripadvisor. The food was excellent with staff giving good advice as the rice bowl portion was generous so good to supplement and share with other tasty items. Will definitely return!

We absolutely loved our meal at El Ta’koy and can’t wait to come back again. The staff were so friendly and attentive, the food was so fresh and the cocktails were delicious too. We visited with our two young kids(5&2years old) and they happily amended the wok fried rice dishes to not include the chilli oil so that the kids could eat it. They were quick to bring out the kids food too, which was brilliant when we were eating late already. We have recommended to our family and friends who visit the area often.

food was very disappointing. Very dry and food arrived within 2 minutes of ordering. We hadn't even recieved our drinks yet.

No "seaside" dining as advertised or promised. Overall setting is similar to a cruise ship where hundreds of families are walking around, dining, sharing public outdoor space simultaneously. Food service was fast.

We have been to El Takoy four times this summer and every time we have LOVED it! The food is so delicious, and the sharing concept is a great idea for larger groups too. Thank you for making my daughter feel special on her birthday, too!

The food was very fresh and beautiful flavours. Staff amazingly friendly. Speed of service really good. Didn’t mind having 5 children around either coming and going from the table and restaurant enjoying the activities around in the area

A nice setting but let down by the chaotic service. Wrong wine brought, wrong dishes, long waits. Maybe teething problems. Food was ok but lacking in inspiration. Cauliflower parcels as an example were described as covered in sesame seed but had none.
