+1The staff were friendly and helpful and we tried 6 different dishes, all of which were excellent and we couldn’t fault it. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone, it’s a new favourite.

Frankly Elviti was my favourite restaurant in Barcelona But lately we ate there twice and I must say the food was not as excellent as it used to be The patata al remolino was very crispy and the octopus has a hard inedible piece The lobster curry was ok

Good Service, and Good Food. Traditional Catalan dishes with a modern twist. Took my family who was visiting for dinner, and we were gladly surprised by the good quality. I will repeat

Though usually we like this restaurant and it rates highly, tonight we found the food not as good as in previous visits and the service a bit more chaotic than usual. Super busy night for the place, yet left us feeling a bit disappointed overall.

Delicious food in a great setting. Not pretentious, but not simple either. The cod with black garlic was amazing.

We made a reservation for 8, but were refused seating outside and given a rather small and cramped table. After protesting, we got a bigger table. Later, we ordered the cod dish. The cod was rubbery and hard to cut through. We sent the dish back, received an apology from the chef, but received no alternate dish and were charged for the dish. The charge was only removed after we complained. The waiter, however said that this was not the "custom" in Barcelona. Overall, the experience was left a bad taste in our mouths. In fairness, all the other dishes were excellent. This makes it especially unfortunate that the overall service quality did not match that of the food.

El Viti became my go to place while staying in Eixample. I chose starter-main (not tapas) and they were delicious. Salmon, mango and avocado tartar - wow - and the pineapple sorbet. The also have Estella beer on tap and a range of wines. Can't wait to return.

A great place for tapas. Really delicious food and great service. Would highly recommend. Prices were reasonable. Cod was amazing, all round fab meal
