6.5/10The food was nice but overall not spectacular. Unfortunately the fish course wasn’t warm enough and the seeds used made the seaweed and spinach taste gritty! The crackling on the pork wasn’t crispy. Far too many breads served at the beginning, one of which felt and tasted very hard. The dessert was far too big. Our wine glasses were empty for some time even though we had plenty of wine in our bottle. The problem was the bottle was on the other side of the restaurant so we were unable to pour ourselves. The restaurant was so very quiet with only five tables occupied. We did however have a wonderful table in the window with a fabulous view.

5.5/10While we understand that a 1-star Michelin restaurant versus a 3-star will be different, we’ve eaten at a number of Michelin star restaurants around the world and this one was disappointing. While the food was good, it didn’t overcome the subpar service. The waiter truly had no clue what he was doing. He spilled water on my son and husband ever time he refilled their glasses, didn’t explain the plates, and when my husband asked how he should eat one of the dishes that had several components, the waiter actually picked up my husband’s fork and said, “with this” and was serious. The service personnel should go to other Michelin restaurants to experience what it’s like to have exceptional service. As mentioned, the food was good but it didn’t make up for the poor service from beginning to end. The ambiance was okay and there was a wall of windows one one side of the restaurant, but the view is not special. Can’t recommend this restaurant.

10/10We ordered the lobster based menu. Eleven courses (this the name I guess). The presentation and taste were absolutely amazing. The wines that were selected for us matched beautifully. Everything was so well timed and thought out…. What an experience!! If you are looking for a beautiful dining experience with a breathtaking view you should try Eleven.

6.5/10The quality of the food was an under our expectations even for a business lunch, knowing they have one Michelin star. My husband asked a mocktail and he got an orange juice (not fresh) with a red alcohol free drink which is not on level for a fine dining restaurant.

6.5/10The dessert and aperitif was the best dishes. Creative and full of flavors.. We found the starter and main a bit boring without much taste. We ate the cod and the duck for main. Starter was leke and octopus. The woman toilet was unclean, they did not let us taste the wine first, they were very slow with water and the service was fast, unpersonal and without smiles. We did not feel very welcome. They took away our bread without asking us if we wanted more (after main). They also forget to present the mignardise at the end. We were disappointed with the meal and service, reading this the lowest of the about 9 Michelin restaurants we ate on before.

9.5/10Lovely evening and exquisite food. Only criticism would be the rather short interval between the courses which, when switching to a dish that would be accompanied by red wine, made that course appear before the wine could be arranged.

5/10Choose this restaurant after a recommendation from a close friend, the view it’s really nice, but unfortunately the waiters are not well prepared for such restaurant. When we pay what we paid, we expect an explanation from each dish, not just a plate dropes on our table like a kabab, our table was near the service table from the restaurant, so we had to put up with all the waters private conversation, very disappointing, for the wine we had to ask every time for top up, it doesn’t really make sense, now talking about the food… one star Michelin, nop, I could say the 1 or 2 plates deserved that star, but the rest, not even close. Don’t waste your money. There is lots of good restaurants around Lisbon.

10/10Eleven is for special occasions— a marvelously creative chef and hardworking prep cooks create masterpieces that also taste amazing. This was 2.5 hours of quiet bliss, only one other couple there on a Tuesday night. Service was great and we really dug into the specifics of each recipe. Fascinating all around. You won’t go away starving either, this is a fine dining experience that also knows how to fill you up. We brought home most of the cheese course and a second dessert round as well as a darling little cake served for a birthday. 🥳 🎂

7.5/10Each dish was beautifully arranged and the food flavours were good but not spectacular. We were rushed through the first few courses and I had to mention it twice (especially when the restaurant was not busy). We’ve been to many Michelin star restaurants and this was the least impressive. I would not recommend especially given cost. There have been far better restaurants in Lisbon for half the cost.

8/10We wanted to try Eleven as a special treat on New Years Eve. It was priced at a premium and also required a significant deposit up front. The service and location were superb, the staff incredibly attentive and the views across Lisbon are stunning. The Michelin star delivered well prepared food but I found it a little unimaginative. The Pate de fois gras lovely, the Crustaceans ravioli excellent. The sea Bass perfectly cooked but the Nebraska steak a bit lacking in flavour and adventure. Did not enjoy the deserts. The wine pairing was good. All in all a reasonable experience, not much to fault but not really worth €1000. For that I think excitement should be the main course.

8/10The presentation and quality of the food was superb. We had the tasting menu, and the flavours of each dish were sublime. The person attending to our drinks/wine was excellent, always on top of providing what we needed, but we often had to look for the waiter, and even when we got his attention, he would put off coming to us. At the end of the evening it took over an hour for someone to check in to see if we even wanted an after dinner drink or the cheque - we were one of 3 parties efr in the restaurant, no excuse. Disappointing service for a Michelin restaurant, taking away from the overall experience.

5/10The price quality ratio was not there. We had equally good dinners for 1/3 of the price elsewhere in Lisbon, and equivalently priced meal in Porto the what a whole other level of quality in terms of service and creativity in the meal. The meat qualiyy was great in the main dish, but the accompaniment was not surprising (tempura vegetable) and the miso eggplant was severely undercooked and rubbery. When paying such a price for a meal one would expect everything to be beyond perfect, including the service. I waited for a whole course for my wine glass to be filled and has to ask for it to be filled as they were serving the next course.

7/10Firstly, the food was amazing, as you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant however, that is probably about it. We arrived at 1pm for Lunchtime service and shown the lunch set menu. There was no attempt to offer us the tasting menu options but as we knew we were going to have the tasting menu beforehand, we subsequently had to requested this! The waitress who took our wine order was not the sommelier & knew very little about the wine we had chosen so was unable to provide any advice and once opened was very slow refilling our glasses, bearing in mind there were only 4 other guests in the restaurant that afternoon. As I say, the food was amazing & we ordered a second bottle of wine. Sadly, towards the end of our lunch (the time was now 3pm), all the staff were now standing around in the restaurant chatting amongst themselves and making us feel as though we had outstayed our welcome so we decided to pay the bill (including a tip for the staff) and leave without finishing our wine! We live in London and enjoy dining in similar restaurants regularly and rarely do I write a poor review however, in this instance, I would recommend anyone thinking of going to a fine dining restaurant in Lisbon either expect poor service or go to one of the many other Michelin starred restaurants Lisbon has to offer. Sorry Eleven, must try harder!

10/10This restaurant was spectacular. The outside of the restaurant is a little deceiving as it is very modest and looks like is in the middle of a community park. The service, the food, the wine pairing were just astonishing. We did the traditional Eleven menu and wine pairing and couldn't have been happier.

9.5/10The food at Eleven is excellent as always, not just great in taste but also presentation. The internal decoration is great as well, but I find that the Parque facing large glass pane is a bit dirty, not that it ruins the view (which was a huge selling point for me) but I feel it could really do with a good clean.

4/10This was the single most disappointing restaurant meal that I can remember. Each course was mediocre at best and some were inedible. Courses alternated between being bland or overly salty. No amount of cheap caviar can compensate a poorly conceived or executed dish. The squid ceviche was indistinguishable from rice. The crab salad bland and slightly fishy. As for the red mullet course, I could not get past the slimy texture and fishy smell to taste it, inedible. The rack of lamb was fatty, served raw and chewy. Basically inedible. On this trip we ate at other michelin star restaurants in both France and Spain and they lived up to the star. At any price, this meal was bad, at 170 euro pp this was completely unacceptable. This was especially disappointing when all of the other meals we had in portugal for a fraction of the cost were among the best of the trip. Lastly we were not even able to enjoy the proclaimed view as the interior lighting was to bright and the floor to ceiling windows were filthy.

10/10We expected a star rated restaurant. We got a lot more: this was only the second star michelin restaurant where the wine pairing was perfect. And where in all its subtleties it was a great experience.

10/10Website mentions a la carte menu and the restaurant upon visiting only has the per person menu. Was a little disappointed because ended up paying more than 400€ for two people.

5.5/10We went with great expectations but we were thoroughly disappointed. In general the service was sub-par but more importantly the food was too! Most of the dishes had more salt than necessary including the king crab which otherwise was quite tasty! The wagyu beef was nice again but for the salt! The cheese platter was blah - nothing unique...neither the presentation nor the taste! Overall our party of four left unhappy!

10/10This spectacular spot must be called Eleven because on a scale of 1 - 10 it is an 11!! Amazing food, beautiful art/decor/views and attentive service. A wonderful 25th anniversary dinner celebration. And we received a signed cookbook!
