The way Gabi served us in the Restaurant was truly amazing. So kind and helpfull, he made our evening great!. Great food, even better wines and the closing cocktail on the rooftop was amazing to end the night with.

We chose this rooftop for its location and city view, and it didn’t disappoint. The terrace is beautiful, especially at sunset and at night with the city lights. We had dinner with family and friends and everything was excellent. The food was delicious and well prepared, and the staff was very kind and accommodating, even with special requests. Prices are a bit higher than average, but fair for the quality and the amazing setting. Watching the sunset from there was magical, and after dinner, seeing the city lights come alive made the atmosphere even more special. Highly recommended!

Bad service, one of the waiter was good but then we were waiting like one hour to get assisted, then at the end, I asked for the bill and 40 minutes later we were going to leave and someone came with the bill.. too late.. The food has no flavor and was expensive..

Our server made the difference, she went far and beyond to make us feel comfortable, and the food was also delicious. It was a worth it.

Our waiter Gabi was awesome. He reslly knows his business. Personnel like him is what every restaurant should have 20 points of 10.

Visiting Madrid for the weekend, Ella Sky Bar was recommended by a coworker, how ever we had a hard time due to ambiance of where we were seated next to the toilets and lifts. We could smell an odour coming out of the area and had put us off the location and food. We requested to be moved to a different location, howeve, the seats were dirty and We ended up leaving without eating.

Wonderful location and great view. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Fish was good, meat could be more tender. Reasonable drink prices

Our waitress was great with suggestions for tapas on our first night in Spain in Madrid. Beautiful view and the tapas were excellent.

We expected to come and spend time on the open terrace drinking some cocktails and having dessert. However, when we came they said they have a table inside the restaurant and we should eat first and come to the terrace after. The thing is, when we finished and went to the terrace, it was full of people without any free table.

We had a reservation and were initially offered a little table in a dark spot in the middle of the restaurant across from the bar. Being a view restaurant that seemed ridiculous so we were going to leave. The hostess, however, moved some things around to get us a spot where, at least, my wife had a view. Dinner was then good with pleasant service. Nothing spectacular, but very solid. The view is really stunning, wish I’d gotten to see it during my meal.

I was not seated by a window table even though several tables opened while I was enjoying my meal. They claim to make a Peruvian dish called ceviche con leche de tigre, but the “leche de tigre” is nothing more than a clear liquid with a bit of lemon. Zero resemblance to an actual leche de tigre. Complete falsehood in their dish claims on their menu.

The food was awesome but after spending €140 they wanted us to spend €12 per person to go up on the roof while it was raining to look at the view. After spending that much I would expect they would let us on the roof for free so it was a little annoying that they thought we should still have to pay after having a dinner there.

The best part is the view. Really amazing. But the food and drinks were okay. Not bad. But also not impressive.

Reception for such a place is very poor. Assigned a tiny space next to the bar, which we asked for a change so we had to wait for 20 min. Service was fine in general but too less people so you need to keep searching for waiters all the time. Good was better than expected. Prawn in small balls with chilli mayo was good. Artichokes as well and the grilled octopus, a bit hard but good taste overall. Ambiente is close to zero. Is not a rooftop restaurant! Views are not nice. Music is bad and really low..looks like an elevator in that aspect. You go for the views and ambiente and is the worst of the experience. Never again.
