Extremely poor and inadequate table-service management. Waiters and other floor personnel are exhausted to the point of not being able to function with clear distinction between professional and personal critique. I will not go into all the details of our experience, as I don’t want to put myself through that again, but I will just say that what was supposed to be a nice gathering, turned out into highly frustrating evening. Servers were acting rude to the point that made us feel unwanted. Even though they accepted our dinner reservation days ahead, we never got any attention unless we went after them to make them come to our table - even to order the food. No water, no desert, nothing! The restaurant was not full, there were empty tables available at all times while we were there. Costumer service and its management is in desperate need of additional education, they need to learn some basic business-related relational politeness. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

eager to take our order, but then didn't check on us. had to wave someone down to get more water. had to find someone at the bar to pay. previous the portions were bigger and we got 50% off all of our food. this time it was just the entree. good discount, but will probably check out some other restaurants next time

Extremely poor service level. Food especially naan and chapathi were half cooked. Service personal was extremely rude and has partially impacted our dinning experience while visiting Stockholm. They boost of 22 years experience in service but felt extremely irresponsible in the way they were responding to our questions and request. At one point they even told us to just eat or leave the food instead of addressing our issue of Half cooked chapathi. Agitated and left completely annoyed. Bad experience to say the least on our dining experience here

Really good tasting food, and they were really nice as long we were ordering. But they did not give us the promised 30 % discount from the Fork. They told me I forgot to tell them - which I did - but I have never had to mention it at any other restaurant I've booked via the Fork. Furthermore, they then told me they could not re-pay me the money and do a new payment - which I know is complete bullshit, but I did not have time or patience to start arguing with them. The restaurant itself was not that cozy. So the food-quality was indeed really good and so were the prices, but all the other categories left a lot to be desired. Go there for the food, but don't expect too much in terms of service.

Good wholesome food, great service and I cannot deduct any points for the ambiance with an older 90s setting as they made up for it with a candle light on the table. Portion size for the thali combo meal could have been slightly larger though.

The service is always great there. And they have some really tasty papadams and my favourite food : palak paneer. Been there a few times and also tried some of the other veggie stuff. but the PP is always the best.

Service could be better tbh. Restaurant was completely empty when we arrived. Order was taken instantly, food arrived on normal timings but that’s it. Staff disappeared after that. There was no one to give us the bill or ask for anything else. Turned out they all were in the kitchen having dinner (2hrs till they close). Food is good. Although more of Bangladeshi flavours than Indian. Currys are a bit sweet, expected in Sweden though.

Food and staff were lovely but didn’t seem to be aware of the 30%discount on food even though I showed them the email several times . In the end a manager came out and sanctioned the 30%off and said they thought we had cancelled as the booking had disappeared of their screens ????

The service was så där, they told us to order fast because there are going to be many people coming. They weren´t rude but it wasn't too polite either how they behaved during the whole dinner. But the food is very good, there is not too much noise and it is not crowded if you go early. All in all it was okay but maybe if I had to pay the whole bill and I didn't have the discount I wasn't that satisfied.
