The folks at Elsass were a delight, took care in their food and presentation, and served the best wine pairing I have ever had the luxury of ordering. If you're looking for a gem, skip central Paris and enjoy the tasting menu at Elsass. Four (4) of the dishes I tasted could have just as easily come from a Michelin-starred restaurant. The service was topnotch.

The staff was excellent and took care of us and made recommendations upon our request that we may not have tried and every course was delicious. We had an absolutely lovely meal and evening. Highlights were the foie gras and the lamb.

Relaxed, unusual with excellent food. Elsass paired wonderful regional wines with regional favorites (Alsatian) and continental classics inspired with Alsation influence. Do not miss the escargot - it is reimagined. Highly recommend.

Good service, nice venue. Need to change the meat knife, all of them. The pork was good but not worth 30€, the side pasta was good but too greasy. Pigeon was good, garniture slightly too buttery. Good wine. Will come back if little improvements are made

We had a wonderful dinner in a pleasant surrounding. Service was excellent, food outstanding. Thanks to an offer by La Fourchette/The Fork, the high-quality dinner was also great value for money. Highly recommended.

Revisited local plates from the Alsace region of France, the food was very comforting and the choice of wine was superb. The ambiance was welcoming and the servers were incredibly attentive ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
