10/10Absolutely outstanding dining experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the owner. His warmth and hospitality set the tone for a truly memorable evening. The food was phenomenal — we enjoyed the ribs and the bone-in tenderloin, both cooked to perfection and full of incredible flavor. The wine selection was exceptional as well, and we were offered wonderful recommendations to pair perfectly with our meal. Our server, Ricardo, was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and full of personality. He kept us laughing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Do yourself a favor and book a table here. Between the food, the atmosphere, and the genuine hospitality, this restaurant quickly became one of our favorites in Portugal. We loved every moment!

10/10casual, comfortable and not fussy but great food with the opportunity to enjoy some interesting Portuguese wines. When we arrived we were greated with delicious warm rolls and olive oil, and partridge tarts as a complimentary amuse bouche. We mentioned we were interested in enjoying wine with our meat and cheese board and were offered a selection of wines with different styles and price points. Each bottle was fresh (not just a pre-opened pour) and when we asked for a different bottle with fuller body there was no complaint or concern but very understanding and a delicious bottle of wine. Definitely worth a visit.

10/10We totally enjoyed our meal at Emblemático. The bread was fresh and had a nice crunch. The butters were tasty and complimented the bread. We enjoyed the Sangria and seemed to be a very generous litre. The service was outstanding. They went out of their way to be hospitable. We had the bone in steak. I like my steak medium rare and my wife prefers it medium. They prepared half of our steak my way and the other half the way my wife likes it. Both halves were perfectly cooked. The risotto and truffle potatoes were great compliments to the steak. We’re often disappointed with restaurant deserts, but not this time. The apple crumb desert was the perfect ending to a very enjoyable meal. Needless to say, we’ll be back.

8.5/10We looked up best steak restaurant in Lisbon and this restaurant came up. Lovely food but we felt a little over priced compared to other restaurants in Lisbon. Excellent service and choice of wines.

7.5/10Food was alright; steak was good the rest nothing special. To name a few things: butter was still frozen/too cold, assistent waiter could not share anything more about the mixed cheese/meat platter than “this is cheese and this is meat”, wine served way too warm (room temperature which may have been well above 20 degrees), the long bench along the wall is a bit too low too comfortably eat at the table; no outside space. All in all it was just not what I expected based on the high reviews on fork (and even higher on google).

10/10We read the reviews on Tripadvisor and we were not disappointed. Food was excellent, chef recommended the cuts of beef, wine was recommended snd was lovely, cocktail was great, and even though they were short staffed, service was impeccable. Highly recommend if you are in Lisbon.

9.5/10We loved Emblematico so much that we returned on the last night of our vacation just to eat there one more time. The menu is straightforward, and the food is simple but excellently prepared. We felt so welcomed by Joao on our first visit, even when we were running late for our reservation due to a delay in our arrival in Lisbon. The wine was great and reasonably priced. If we are ever back in Lisbon, we'll definitely return to Emblematico!
