Very nice restaurant set in a cave near the Dumo in the old town .We received a warm welcome and the service was excellent. The menu was varied and all of our dishes were nicely presented and tasted good. We would highly recommend and return if we were on Vieste again.

The food needs restructuring. It was a terrible experience. The pasta with seafood was extremely salty and tasted like a Knorr cube sauteed with white wine and thickened with corn flour. The veal scallops were hard to cut, chewy and swimming in a pool of oil. Two pieces of veal around 7 cm each served alone, lonely and miserable. Then the sea bass was a well presented disappointment. It was served with a watery potato sauce. Definitely not a poure or an actual potato or a soup. It was topped with a shrimp. The wine recommendation was pretty bad for a pugkianese wine. On top of that, the toilet was unacceptably dirty so that we couldn't step in because the floor was totally flooded.. Overall an awful experience driven from the reviews on your site which I used to trust till now.

Terrific food! We started sautéed anchovies and the scallop crudo, both were delicious and beautifully presented. Then the seafood pasta and then chick pea pasta. The chick pea pasta is the best spin on the tradition bean puree receptor that we had. For the main course, the Langostine soup was great, but very messy to eat as the saucy langostines are peeled with your fingers. A whole sea bass was perfectly cooked. I'm not a chocolate guy, but I still loved the dark chocolate ice cream dessert. Overall this was one of the best meals that we had in puglia. Do not miss this if you are in Vieste.

The restaurant is a real gem: excellent food great service and reasonable prices. Got greeted with a handshake, we were immediately seated and waited the right amount of time for the dishes to be made fresh from scratch (no frozen or pre-cooked stuff here). The wine was brilliant and the knowledgeable waiters are there to recommend pairings if needed. What else do you need really? Just go!

This was the best experience we had at a restaurant in Vieste and believe me there are many exceptional restaurants here. The setting is beautiful, you are eating inside a little cave. The food is amazing and our waitress, Marina was wonderful. She had thoughtful suggestions and made our experience a highlight in Vieste!

We had amazing food, really tasty even if the size of the portions were quite small sometimes ( filled mussels were only 6 in the plate; it can’t be classified as a main course with such a small amount). Tiramisù too creamy and not well balanced in my opinion.
