8/10We were positively surprised by the fine wine and good food. Don’t be fooled by the appearance of the restaurant outside. Inside there is a beautiful fine dining restaurant.

9/10We booked the restaurant from the Michelin guide. The restaurant is located on a busy street. The front facade of the restaurant is made of white plastic, which is not Michelin-worthy. That made us hesitate. Do we continue walking, or do we go inside? We were a bit early, and the restaurant was empty, while every other restaurant was already filled with people. Relying on the trust of Michelin, we entered the restaurant. The chef (owner) greeted us warmly. You could tell from her that she was excited to make it a wonderful evening. Then her husband (Maître) took over. Behind the plastic front is a beautifully decorated old and characteristic building. There, we felt more at home. We started with a glass of cava. It was immediately noticeable that it was of very high quality. The longer we sat in the restaurant, the more explanations we received. Honestly, we hadn't done any research or even looked at the menu on the website, so we had no idea what we were stepping into. All the products are local and exceptional. The wine was a bottle from one of the 1050 produced. And especially for white wine, this one had aged for four years. And you could taste that right away. After two appetizers, we went straight to the main course. One of them was tuna. It had been locally caught the week before, one of only 20. The chef proudly stands in a photo next to the freshly caught tuna. The other dish was the catch of the day with caviar. Served with a thickened sauce. Every detail of the food has been considered. The bread is freshly made, and the grain is milled in the kitchen. It's all a delight. Surprised by the high quality, we made an exception and had a dessert. We're not big fans of sweets, but we had confidence here. The dessert chef came to our table to explain his creations. With pride in his eyes, he told the stories. The espresso was a bit less to our taste. On the other hand, the petit fours were delicious, like candied olives with a sugar coating. All in all, a recommendation. If we had known this level of quality beforehand, we would have chosen a night when we had more time. They also offer extensive tasting menus, where you're treated to small dishes and exceptional wines for two and a half hours. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to you.

10/10Fantastic experience! Every single dish was delicious and the ingredients all locally sourced - many from their own garden! The service was very friendly, but also professional. Highly recommended.

10/10We were blown away by this slow food conceptual restaurant. Each dish was sublimely presented, original in colour, texture and cooked to perfection. The small batch wines from locally sourced cellars they recommended were delicious too. Everything in a cosy atmosphere, without hurry or worry. Loved it to bits and can't wait to try the other tasting menus.
