6/10My experience was poor because of the weird situation where there was no waiter present who spoke French. The waiter pretended to understand, but in every way possible, got our order wrong. Once part of the food arrived, the real French-speaking waiter turned up and told us that the other waiter didn't actually speak French and he then sorted out most of the issues. Finally, the food was excellent, which is ultimately what counts, so I can cautiously recommend the place. Hopefully, if you visit, you have a waiter who can actually understand you.

5/10If you book a discounted table at this restaurant, make sure you clarify which dishes on the menu are discounted BEFORE ORDERING. The restaurant itself is fine. The staff were very friendly and the food was good, though the choices were quite limited. The real problem was that we paid the full price even though we had booked a 50% discount (-50% sur la carte). I had mentioned upon arriving that I had booked a table via the Fork, was told to seat myself, and service started as normal. When it was time to pay the bill, we were promptly charged the full price with no discount. I showed my booking confirmation to the staff, which clearly said -50% sur la carte. We were then told that this offer was only valid for a selection of the dishes on the menu (les viandes). I had ordered a fish salad and my company had ordered a panini with salad so our order was not eligible. THIS WAS NOT MENTIONED ON THE FORK WHILE BOOKING, NOR IN PERSON BY THE STAFF WHEN WE WERE ORDERING. Yes, I could have confirmed if the entire menu was available for 50% off. But it is equally the job of the staff to clarify these terms and conditions. In this case, they took the benefit of the doubt. So we felt quite conned in the end. The whole experience would have been better if they had just said, "You have booked a table on the Fork, please note that you can only order from the viandes section of the menu."

2/10I use the fork app and Had very BAD experience. Owner lady charge me double and I payed, I realized when check the receipt...So I ask money back. Then she say it's already payed I don't money back. why you don't my money back? It means she stealing my money. So the ending is that I payed double and Shop not pay me back. Even she not apologize. She seems don't like fork user, because she say to us American people are stingy. What she say is not respectful of people. Not good to hear. How bad this is. I never have experience like this in restaurant/ cafe. Now I feel over angry, now coming laugh lol She told us that also I had to order a drink, but there was no description on the fork app. I asked tap water then she charge me 4fr. Please do correct job. Write in the fork app of minimum drink order that's it. Normally I don't write these stuff like in here. I should go to the police? Can you do correct job?

5/10Very strange experience, we came and the table was not reserved, all tables were occupied so we had to wait, The food was way too long to wait, the lady was kind enough to offer free salads and fries.
