5.5/10Although staffs are friendly, the order was mistaken and discount of the fork did not applied. The food was good. The portion size was too large for us, though.

10/10Lovely food and staff - Nagy (our waiter) was so engaging and friendly! Our first night in Rome and the restaurant had such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you Nagy (I hope I have spelt his name correct!), it was lovely to meet you (dined Thursday 20/6/24) 😊

9.5/10Polpetta’s signature meatballs and zucchini were an absolute delight - the classical pasta dishes (Cacio e Pepe, ravioli, lasagna) are simply perfection. Highly recommended.

10/10Found this restaurant on trip advisor, had great reviews, which it throughly deserves. Nice location, really good choice on the menu, lovely waitress- very knowledgeable about the food. Very reasonable prices, would highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best meals we had in Rome during our trip.

10/10The young blue eyed young woman was the loveliest. She explain the different dishes & tradition with a smile always. We have the traditional Polpettas & the lasagna. Food was really good & affordable.

7/10When we arrive there was no outdoor seating available although we had made a reservation. I do not think they we ready for us as they had to push tables together inside to seat us. The server told us they were popular for their meatballs (hence the name of the restaurant) so we decided to try them as an appetizer. He brought 3 trays of them - too many for the party of 7 and not inexpensive. The meals were good and service was ok.

6.5/10Food was good but I did have issues with the service…my son ordered a main course & the waitress automatically asked what side he wanted and said options, what she failed to mention was that sides were 6€ additional. It’s not the money but the intent to drive up your bill that bothers me. Besides that, nice area and great food.

4.5/10It was the only empty restaurant in the entire neighbourhood. Spaghetti were overcooked and quite salty. Won.t recommend.to any of my friends soon coming to Roma.

10/10This was our last dinner in Rome and El Polpetta dal 1987 did NOT disappoint ♥️ The food was incredible incredible, the service was exceptional. I highly recommend the meatballs and bruschetta ???????? Incredible flavor and on such an intimate street that makes you feel right at home.

8.5/10The food was very good, we ordered a bottle of wine, it wasn’t served at the right temperature ( too hot even for a Chianti ). The service wasn’t as good as expected : my daughter got her pizza nearly half an hour later , hopefully she had the same as her borother so they could share while waiting.

10/10We loved our visit to Er Poletta dal 1987. The staff were attentive, food was delicious and reasonably priced and just a stones throw from Piazza Navona. The staff also made our visit extra special with candles in a cake for my husbands special birthday. We’d definitely visit again and recommend.

5/10I wanted to try caprese salad in Italy but in this restaurant was nothing special-just cherry tomatoes and mozzarella nothing more.The atmosphere was cool!The only thing I like.The service was bad-they kept asking(3-4 time)if we are ready even when they saw that our plates are full! I don't know if they wanted to evict us or what?!They were constantly sitting next to us,smoking and violating our privacy!Don’t recommend!
