The waiting staff here were not credible welcoming and friendly. Nothing was an issue and they created a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. The meatballs were the best I have ever had…..anywhere. Good wine by the glass too. Reasonably priced Amarone. A lovely cosy restaurant for a family meal.

Food was delicious and we really enjoyed the tripe. We sat inside because it was so oppressively hot outside however, the AC was not strong enough.

I always visit this restaurant when in Roma. This time was a disappointment. The carbonara was not the same quality, the polpetta did not agree with me. The server put a whole pizza in a plastic container on top of each piece ruining the pizza. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Although staffs are friendly, the order was mistaken and discount of the fork did not applied. The food was good. The portion size was too large for us, though.

Lovely food and staff - Nagy (our waiter) was so engaging and friendly! Our first night in Rome and the restaurant had such a lovely atmosphere. Thank you Nagy (I hope I have spelt his name correct!), it was lovely to meet you (dined Thursday 20/6/24) 😊

Polpetta’s signature meatballs and zucchini were an absolute delight - the classical pasta dishes (Cacio e Pepe, ravioli, lasagna) are simply perfection. Highly recommended.

Wawwww and wawwwww! It's just awesome! The poloetta meat and the buratta pizzza! It was by far the best dinner we had next to Piazza Navona!

Found this restaurant on trip advisor, had great reviews, which it throughly deserves. Nice location, really good choice on the menu, lovely waitress- very knowledgeable about the food. Very reasonable prices, would highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best meals we had in Rome during our trip.

There is a reason why this restaurant is very busy. Outstanding food and service. We had the Salmon Bruscetta, Amatraciana, tiramisu, coffee and Chianti. Thank you.

The young blue eyed young woman was the loveliest. She explain the different dishes & tradition with a smile always. We have the traditional Polpettas & the lasagna. Food was really good & affordable.

When we arrive there was no outdoor seating available although we had made a reservation. I do not think they we ready for us as they had to push tables together inside to seat us. The server told us they were popular for their meatballs (hence the name of the restaurant) so we decided to try them as an appetizer. He brought 3 trays of them - too many for the party of 7 and not inexpensive. The meals were good and service was ok.

My family and I enjoyed an excellent meal here. The food was delicious, the prices reasonable, and the service was impeccable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Food was good but I did have issues with the service…my son ordered a main course & the waitress automatically asked what side he wanted and said options, what she failed to mention was that sides were 6€ additional. It’s not the money but the intent to drive up your bill that bothers me. Besides that, nice area and great food.

We booked last minute for 9PM but we were starving and got there at 8! They managed to give us the table almost 1h earlier. Meatballs were awesome!!

Friendly and helpful waitress (Linda), good food, tv on in the dining room, ample street space for eating. Focaccia didn't seem fresh, very crunchy.

It was the only empty restaurant in the entire neighbourhood. Spaghetti were overcooked and quite salty. Won.t recommend.to any of my friends soon coming to Roma.
