10/10Terrific food, atmosphere and prices. All the way around, a great experience. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive, but not overly so. A winning combination. Highly recommend!

8/10The food is good, the drink and service are both good , but some bills make us confused, like we are asked to pay for the couvert, but we think for the restaurant to apply the couvert is necessary, and this seldom happened in português restaurants we went before.

7.5/10The Fish (Ceviche, Tataki, Tuna-Mango) was great, however, the Entrecote was not good at all. Not sure if the lobster tacos actually had any lobster….,So stay with the other Fish and only go if you get the Fork % as otherwise too expensive for what you get.

4.5/10I’ve eaten here a handful of times. Here are my impressions: 1. The food is inconsistent & ranges from ok to not very good The salmon Bao today had a razor thin piece of salmon & was drenched in so much sauce it irritated my mouth. 2. The sautéed mushroom are tasty but tonight’s portion was literally half what it was last time. 3. The music is WAY TOO LOUD to have a conversation. I go to dinner to converse with friends not to party or dance. Having to shout over music & strain to hear my companion is not what I’m looking for when I want to enjoy a meal out. 4. If you are visiting Lisbon, be aware that the bread & water that appear as soon as you sit down are not complimentary. The bread basket is €5. 5. The service is friendly but they’ve never had more than 2 servers even when it’s a full house. There are SO MANY restaurants to choose from in Lisbon. Definitely more appealing options than this one.

10/10We had a great experience at Espada! We tried multiple dishes including lobster tacos, the braised tuna with chimichuri, short ribs, and the Thai rice curry with shrimp. All of the dishes were delicious and worth ordering again. I was incredibly surprised by the slow cooked ribs which fell off the bone and were by far my favorite. Also the Spicy Life cocktail was so good we ordered it twice. Thank you for the wonderful time!

7/10Actually, the food was delicious. Just quantity of the plates (6 people) that in the menu stands as "to share" cannot be shared. 1 plate, 5 shrimps, another one tuna tartar was smaller than I've ever seen. The desserts were also very tasty. And yes, chocolate cake I is to be shared. Excellent place for the social gathering. Just make sure you go there with your stomach full. (We were 6 women who never eat a lot, still the size of d portions were a joke).

9/10Very nice restaurant, the place was quiet even though it’s in the heart of Lisbon. The ambience was nice and the service was fast. The menu and the food were really good we really enjoyed it. The only downpoint would be the quantity, for the price we would expect bigger plates especially for the Scalops for example.

7/10The cauliflower was 100/100. Ceviche was a small portion in my opinion. Burrata was Okay. Cheesecake can be improved as it was too rigid. Place looks cozy and fortunately we got a big table. Service was so disappointing as the waitress constantly came for nothing, even when we were splitting the bill she came for nothing.

9/10The restaurant is good for a romantic, business, alone or with friends dinner. The food, ambiance, service are good. I took off one star on the food quality because the beef in the sliced beef and burrata on spinach dish was a little chewy. All of the other food and wine were excellent.

8.5/10Had dinner with some friends and enjoyed the food very much. The ambience was also good but it became rather noisy when the restaurant was full. One thing that was not pleasant was to be charged 2 euros for tap water without being informed prior to paying. Besides that I do recommend the restaurant for its delicious food.

8.5/10The food was nice with good portions and tasty. The environment was cozy and warm. Be careful because there might be some mismatches in the menu you see on Fork and the actual menu! Entrecote 300gr is not costing 16 but 26!

7/10It’s actually a nice restaurant in the main entertainment district and yet little But tucked away on the second floor. Discount of 30% was welcoming and food was tasty. Albeit on the smaller side.

9.5/10Really tasty ceviche and flash cooked, sliced tuna. The sangria really hit the spot. Service was impeccable from entry to exit. Maybe the only thing I would change would be the music. A little bit quieter, perhaps, and more familiar would have been more pleasant for us. But the music would not stop us from going back. Great place!

10/10I’m not one for writing up my experiences but I really enjoyed my evening at Espada. Getting to the restaurant was a short 10min walk from Baixa Chaldo. We were welcomed and shown straight to our table. The service was exception helping us navigate the sharing options and making excellent recommendations for both food and wine- the pork belly baos were fantastic. A five star rating for a five star night. Great venue for couples or friends.

10/10Lovely experience on an intimate dinner, very discrete non-disturbing service, perfect for the occasion. Food was good, very well presented and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

10/10The service was excellent and the food was really good, I think it could be work even in Italy a restaurant like that. Is not a classic restaurant with 1st and 2nd course; you have to take some dishes and share them with friends. I suggest truffle potato purée, really something else.

5/10We have very high expectations for this restaurant. The food was very disappointing. We asked for the “pataniscas de choco”, that had absolutely nothing inside and did not taste like choco. The rest of the dishes were just not as good as we thought they would be. The service was also extremely slow, however the waiters were nice.

10/10What a beautiful restaurant. The food was delicious, we got bread with 3 spreads at the beginning ( the truffle mayo was amazing) we ordered the scallops, tuna tartar, crab bao , steak with mushroom and fries , everything was fresh and yummy . Service was professional and quick. I highly recommend. .
