Fui jantar com amigos a este restaurante na semana passada e não gostei muito da experiência, principalmente pelo serviço. Toda a comida que pedimos estava deliciosa, o ambiente agradável, apesar de um pouco barulhento mas o que foi decepcionante foi mesmo o serviço prestado pelos empregados de mesa. Algo a melhorar se quiseres manter um bom nível de restaurante.

Very nice restaurant, the place was quiet even though it’s in the heart of Lisbon. The ambience was nice and the service was fast. The menu and the food were really good we really enjoyed it. The only downpoint would be the quantity, for the price we would expect bigger plates especially for the Scalops for example.

The cauliflower was 100/100. Ceviche was a small portion in my opinion. Burrata was Okay. Cheesecake can be improved as it was too rigid. Place looks cozy and fortunately we got a big table. Service was so disappointing as the waitress constantly came for nothing, even when we were splitting the bill she came for nothing.

The restaurant is good for a romantic, business, alone or with friends dinner. The food, ambiance, service are good. I took off one star on the food quality because the beef in the sliced beef and burrata on spinach dish was a little chewy. All of the other food and wine were excellent.

Excelente descoberta! Uma surpresa super agradavél na Rua de São Paulo. Um ambiente calmo, ultra glamour com um toque íntimo e um excelente serviço, já para não falar da comida deliciosa! A decoração do restaurante é super engraçada e feita com materiais reciclados. Recomendo o estendal de porco preto e o ovo a baixa temperatura

Já fui ao restaurante Espada três vezes. É um restaurante muito bonito, sossegado, com empregados simpáticos. A comida é a chamada "comida de autor", bastante original mas doses bastante pequenas. A oferta de 30 % de desconto pelo "The fork" é muito atrativa. É sempre uma boa experiência e um restaurante a repetir, de vez em quando.

The food was nice with good portions and tasty. The environment was cozy and warm. Be careful because there might be some mismatches in the menu you see on Fork and the actual menu! Entrecote 300gr is not costing 16 but 26!

Had dinner with some friends and enjoyed the food very much. The ambience was also good but it became rather noisy when the restaurant was full. One thing that was not pleasant was to be charged 2 euros for tap water without being informed prior to paying. Besides that I do recommend the restaurant for its delicious food.

It’s actually a nice restaurant in the main entertainment district and yet little But tucked away on the second floor. Discount of 30% was welcoming and food was tasty. Albeit on the smaller side.

Really tasty ceviche and flash cooked, sliced tuna. The sangria really hit the spot. Service was impeccable from entry to exit. Maybe the only thing I would change would be the music. A little bit quieter, perhaps, and more familiar would have been more pleasant for us. But the music would not stop us from going back. Great place!

I’m not one for writing up my experiences but I really enjoyed my evening at Espada. Getting to the restaurant was a short 10min walk from Baixa Chaldo. We were welcomed and shown straight to our table. The service was exception helping us navigate the sharing options and making excellent recommendations for both food and wine- the pork belly baos were fantastic. A five star rating for a five star night. Great venue for couples or friends.

Lovely experience on an intimate dinner, very discrete non-disturbing service, perfect for the occasion. Food was good, very well presented and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ambiente muito bom, bebidas bem preparadas e bem servidas. Couvert divino, com pães frescos e saborosos. As vieiras chapeadas estavam deliciosas, bem como o purê de batata trufado. O tártaro de atum, por levar muitos temperos, acaba se perdendo o sabor do próprio atum. As lâminas de novilho com burrata e espinafres também não são um prato tão especial. Pedimos de sobremesa a tarte de lima, mas ela parecia um pouco congelada. Em resumo, há pratos muito bons, outros não tão interessantes. O valor é alto para o que é servido, mas com o desconto do The Fork achamos justo. A experiência em si foi muito gostosa.

The service was excellent and the food was really good, I think it could be work even in Italy a restaurant like that. Is not a classic restaurant with 1st and 2nd course; you have to take some dishes and share them with friends. I suggest truffle potato purée, really something else.
