Food was delicious but unfortunately the sachet with cheese was mouldy - however they replaced everything including my pasta and were very helpful.

After seeing reviews I went to Essentia. Deception, very regular food. Pasta of the day with ”canned” tomato sauce. Clams full of sand. Vitello Tonnato dry. Not a good experience.

The view was gorgeous, the service was attentive from Andrea and the food may have been the best we’ve had on our travels through Italy.

The staff was very professional, they welcomed us and let us choose the table. The food quality was high and there was great variety of choices. Nice experience

We arrived quite late and that was our fault (it’s not super easy to park and reach the restaurant) but this doesn’t allow waiters to be rude at us, service has been very poor - they were rude, we had to ask for things multiple times before receiving them (e.g. water 3 times), no care and attention in the way they served us. They just couldn’t wait for us to leave notwithstanding other tables were still there and actually we left before many of them. Pity because the location is beautiful, food is average.

Amazing food, huge portions and a lovely setting. The aubergine parmigiana was definitely worth getting as was the Tuna main. Service was good.

Very good food in an amazing ambiance, with gorgeous views over the lake, underneath olive trees, an oasis of calm and quietness. What can you ask more? Ingredients for a perfect evening!
