one of my favorite restaurants in Viterbo for fish and especially for raw fish. this time I had oysters. raw gamberi and a carpacio of fresh orata fish. the service is very attentive and helpful. the terrace is on the first floor, so if you can't walk I don't know if they have an elevator. I had very good wine by the glass. as I didn't like the first one, Mara the lady, opened another one to meet my taste. I enjoyed the food very much. when you like crudo contact them to know when the very fresh arrives! Am looking forward to go there again .

A very nice place, all in white, with attentive service. They serve crudo, which means raw shrimps, oysters etc. But there is lots of choice of normal fish, meat and vegetarian dishes. We choosed the 5 courses dinner which is also discounted as offered by The Fork. The cook decides what to bring. I enjoyed very much, my friend less as she doesn't like raw fish and even they were told, didn't respect. The all over experience was very good, also the choice of wine pairing. - will go back on my own and enjoy lots of "crudo". When the weather is good there is a very nice terrace on the roof top with tables and the garden with garden furniture for aperitiv. The only dish I didn't appreciate was the pasta Paccheri as they were too al dente. I was given a dessert instead. This is a point of blame: the 5 course dinner consisted of two primo piatti instead of a dessert. This should be reconsidered by the Chef. Will go back for sure and recommend.
