They were very considerate toward us, who are not very good at either Italian or English. Both the food and drinks were delicious. The pasta with porcini mushrooms exceeded my expectations. I'm so glad this was the first restaurant I visited in Italy. I want to come back here someday. Grazie mille davvero.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. Went there with friends for dinner and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff was great. There was six of us and we all had a wonderful time.

I’ve lived in Rome for 5 years and I keep coming back to this spot. It’s continuously delicious, fresh, and authentic. The staff is amazing and service is excellent. It’s always my number one recommendation for people visiting Rome and wanting an authentic meal in the city center, which can be hard to find through the tourist traps. Can’t recommend enough!!!! 😍

We really enjoyed our meal at this restaurant. The owner was a character and charming on the service was good and the food was excellent. It’s just off the main square so it can be a little loud, but that’s part of the charm. Would very happily come back here for another meal the next time we visit Roma.

The service was good overall, the restaurant's crowded atmosphere clearly impacted the level of individualized attention from the staff. Waiters efficiently took orders but did not seem to have the opportunity to offer recommendations or engage in understanding our preferences. The food had its highs and lows. The fettuccine with bolognese ragout was excellent and well-balanced; the accompanying parmigiano was unnecessary. My wife's steak was decent but lacked any distinguishing features. For dessert, the chocolate cake was enjoyable, though it did not deliver the anticipated intensity or flavor of a truly exceptional chocolate experience. Overall, the restaurant offers a pleasant, albeit busy, environment. However, it doesn't stand out as exceptional, especially given that prices are approximately 20% above average.

One of the best restaurants we have found in Rome! Second time visiting with very consistent experience. Menu with some interesting takes on traditional Roman cuisine. Always with the seasonal specialties that delight. Great wine list and very attentive service. We will be back on our next trip!

A very nicely decorated restaurant in a cute side street close to Piazza Navona. The staff was very helpful, they answered all our questions. The food was delicious, everything was carefully prepared, we got a wine recommendation just as we wanted to accompany it. Everything was very harmonious and nice, a high price-performance ratio option.

Food was awful. By far, the worst we had in all of Italy. Over salted and stodgy. Poor flavours. Inedible tiramisu. Cold and unfriendly customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Good morning dear Customer. We are not a touristic restaurant. We have an excellent homemade pasta . You had a ravioli and Tonnarello cacio e pepe . Ravioli we make with fresh spinach and fresh ricotta . Usually people like it very much . We don’t use fresh cream sauces , but only butter and sage and Parmesan cheese , tonnarelli cacio e pepper we use only pecorino cheese and black pepper , but no cream . Pecorino cheese usually is salty . But may be in other touristic restaurants they make it with a lot of fresh cream . Our tiramisu we make with a homemade pan di Spagna and mascarpone , not with regular savoiardi . You had a wine , I also helped you to taste some different and to make your choice . You didn’t like our restaurant for some reason. I’m sorry if it was not enough for you . Hope to do better for other customers. The best regards. .
