10/10We were treated very well by Tea and Alessandro. It was my birthday and they offered us a drink and also my dessert was offered to me for my birthday with a candle. There was a nice view of Etna and we enjoyed it. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

We had dinner in this fantastic terrace, with the sunset and Etna views. The recommendations of the waiters were amazing, food great, wine amazing, service Impeccable and atmosphere contributing to a perfect night. If I have to recommend something in the city, for sure is this place. Thanks for helping me to celebrate the birthday of my partner :)

My best friend and I went to Etnea to celebrate my birthday whilst on a trip to Italy and Alessandro made the experience so special, we was amazing at giving advice and made us feel so welcome. The food and cocktails were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend! Thank you

It was raining so we were unfortunately forced from our beautiful patio seat to inside, despite there being canopies. Restaurant cited safety reasons for this. Wish they installed rain proof outdoor seating. The bread was generously portioned and the main courses, sea bass and the spaghetti, were amazing - very well balanced and make you want to keep eating bite after bite. Etna bianco wine was also very light, mineral, and so refreshing. Because of our seating move, the restaurant offered us free pistachio cannoli, both very sweet but very good.

10/10It was very good experience, I think it's one of the best place in the whole city, the view from the rooftop is cinematic ! 😎🌋 Food is delicious and service is on another level, we were well served, waiters are very careful and watchful. 8.5/10We arrived 1/2 hour early, but were able to be seated outside which we preferred. The food was very good. A bit pricey but in a sense you are also “paying for the view.” We did tell both our waiter and the hostess that we had booked through the Fork. I am a bit bothered to have just received an email from the Fork stating that we did not show up for our reservation and had neglected to cancel. Neither of which is true.

10/10The atmosphere and views superb. The service was welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive. In other words, excellent. The bread basket delicious as well as the oil and balsamic vinegar. The starter and entree delivered promptly and very well presented. The only disappointment was not seeing Mt. Etna! Next time!

We went to Etnea Roof Bar to celebrate my husband’s 40th Birthday - Allesandro and the rest of the team were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. The food was delicious, the menu well thought out and the wine recommended was perfect. I thoroughly recommend Etnea for a special night out.

9.5/10I had one of the best dinner experience at the Etna Roof Bar & Restaurant by « Una Cucina ». Allesandro was a great host from the choice of the wine to the dessert! Special shout out to the chef for the Tagliata di cube roll su fondo bruno senapato!

3.5/10The food was really overpriced. The portions were tiny. We paid a lot of money and left the restaurant hungry. Basically, you are paying for the lovely view of the Etna. We were there on a cloudy night, however, and had a view of Via Etnea and surroundings. The service was so-so. The food was disappointing. And those small portions! It's not fair to charge such high prices and to serve mini portions! Unfortunately, the restaurant was the lowest point of a fantastic Sicilian holiday. Wake up, management---start serving more pasta. It costs nothing at the supermarket. Shame on you!

4/10Booked table for 7.30 and only people in restaurant. Good medicos! Asked to use QRV to view menus which I hate and they had only one menu and no wine menu! We had a main course but no one came over to ask if we wanted anything else no desert coffee or drinks. We were totally forgotten even though the restaurant was empty. Very disappointed and would not go again.

5.5/10We had just missed the lunch menu - we had to settle for a different menu which was fine. We both chose the Club Sandwich which was not very good; certainly not what we would expect of 4 star hotel restaurant or price. Staff were doing other things than looking after their guests. We certainly won't go back. It wasn't a great experience

7.5/10The food was excellent But our table was booked for 7:30 and we didn’t get our food until 9:45 we had to ask several times for drinks and 4 times for the bill !! It wasn’t particularly busy So the waiting staff weren’t rushed off there feet !!! Can’t fault the food when we got it it was excellent But the poor service let it down terribly

9/10The vieuw is amazing! The service as well. Really relax ambiance, especially when you want to escape the busy city of Catania. It feels like a fresh air when you arrive in this restaurant. Nothing to complain about that at all. But there’s one thing (and I don’t know if this is bc we had the lunch carte instead of diner cart), But on the lunch carte there’s not much that I eat. I eat vegetarian & some types of fish. And I couldn’t found anything on the cart except for a really small salad & fries ( they are delicious). even though I didn’t eat much I’m really happy we visited this restaurant.

2/10The service was horrible. No respect for the clients. We wait like an hour to have the waiter got our meal orders. Waiters have no consideration for us and even have some disdain. We have made reservation that allows us to have discount and the waiters did not give any discount even if it was expected with our reservation. I certainly never recommend this restaurant for anyone who wants to spend good times and I’d rather give my money to other restaurants nearby that have much more better service and food. If you want to waste your time and money and if you want to show off, this is the right place. Don’t go there really. You will have bad memories of Catania.
