10/10Every element of our evening was a delight. Each bite of food was tasty and worth savouring. The wine selection was well chosen and expansive. The service attentive and knowledgeable. Even the plates and stemware were elegant and imaginative. We’ll be back for sure.

9/10The food and service was incredible. We were there on a Tuesday night so the atmosphere was kind of strange. All we could hear was the hum of the refrigerator in the back and clinking pits and pans; they had no music or ambient noise on. But overall we would definitely go again, and would love to try this place out on a weekend when there’s more energy. The food is all locally sourced and and made fresh for each seating.

9.5/10Amazing farm to market food with superb pairings. Great service by JC and the chef is very creative providing traditional and modern French cuisine. Just off the main Tracadero scene it’s worth the extra 5 minute walk

8.5/10A good restaurant with nice food and good service. Relatively small but cosy place. This is our second time here. However, the menu this time round was mainly soup based, and I’m not a fan of it. So didn’t enjoy myself as much this time round. Preferred the other visit, which was around autumn. Maybe the winter menu is not suitable for me.

9.5/10We came here for our honeymoon dinner and the food journey we ventured on was second to none. I say with absolute confidence this was the best meal I have ever eaten. The service and knowledge of our gastronomic guide was exemplary. I would 100% come back again when I am next in Paris.

8.5/10Étude was an interesting gastronomic experience . The restaurant is the 16th, with a minimalist tasteful decor . Service was very attentive , implacable to details , at the same warm and welcoming . Each dish looked like a work of Art, beautifully presented . I felt some of the dishes the combination of flavors unusual but went well, others my palate needed some getting use to . Sort of contemplative eating experience , where you feel very present, and fully immersed in tasting and enjoying the food

8/10This was a lovely restaurant with not more than about 8 tables. At first, I thought the service seemed rather stiff but our waiter warmed up as we went along & turned out to be very good, indeed. The food was beautifully prepared and delicious; my only gripe being that they served two asparagus dishes. Being that this is a tasting menu, and granted that the two asparagus dishes were different colours (white and green), I still thought it a bit cheeky to serve asparagus as two separate courses. As nice as they both were, I would most definitely have preferred something different for one of those courses. Otherwise, though, it was a wonderful meal, if a bit light - perhaps due to 2 courses being just asparagus! I would return.

10/10One of the most intriguing fine vegetarian experiences anywhere in the world- diverse ingredients and flavors and most importantly delicious. Service was high quality but relaxed and we appreciated it wasn’t over attentive yet was fully responsive. The $45 cost of the meal more than reasonable for the number of courses and extraordinary ingredients. Worth a trip to Paris to eat here

4/10The chef paid too much attention to the visual aspect of the dishes (which looked good indeed), but the flavors and balance of the dishes were not inspiring. Some of the combinations were actually regrettable (eg pumpkin puree with cacao powder), the fish was actually too ordinary (a Saint Peter fillet in a Michelin-starred restaurant?) and the riz de veau was poorly cooked and the amande made foam sauce with it was tasteless. Service was unattentive especially taking in account that there were only six tables at the restaurant; sometimes our glasses of water were empty, butter was over and bread wasn’t warm. To make things worse, table besides us left in the middle of the tasting menu clearly unhappy. Instead of chef taking the initiative to inquiry customers what happened and/or apologize for something, he simply ignored them and let his maitre to handle the situation. Mood at the small restaurant became quite odd after the couple of customer left.....

10/10Not easy to find but worth the hunt. Delicious delicate fusion food. Great presentation, attentive service and quiet atmosphere. The only shortcoming was 10 euro each for a CUP of tea.

10/10This restaurant was more than I expected. The food was Devine. This should be a Michelin Star restaurant. I am pregnant and all dishes were delightful to this discerning American, to top, the waiter spoke very well English. I would highly recommend to anyone.

10/10The chef takes a lot of time and thought into each dish. He infuses unexpected flavours at times and the result is exquisite. It is a gem at a very reasonable price. If you love fine cuisine and well thought out wine matching, then it is must while in Paris.

10/10A great dining experience! Chef Yamagishi brings inventive, precisely executed cuisine, while the staff provides a warm, friendly environment. The Menu Degustation was a true pleasure! Will gladly dine here again on our next trip to Paris.
