10/10We had a lovely dining experience at Villa Carlotta. We sat at a table near the window so we were able to see all the lights below in Taormina. We were warmly greeted and several staff members came to the table to explain choices on the menu. We wanted to order and share the caponata on the menu but my husband was allergic to some of the ingredients. They went out of their way to speak with the chef. We decided on another appetizer but our sever brought me a generous dish of the caponata to try. It was delicious and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed our meal. Everything was prepared to perfection. They have an excellent staff. They are polite, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Villa Carlotta if you are visiting Taormina.

10/10We had a fantastic dinner in Villa Carlotta high up in the hills in Taormina. The food was excellent, the ambiance was great, the view was magical and the service by Luigi and Alberto was very kind and pleasant. A very recommendable restaurant and very worthwhile to make a detour.

10/10The location, decor, lighting and ambience was fantastic. We received really good and friendly service as well as top class food. I would highly recommend this restaurant especially for a quality evening out with friends or a romantic dinner with a partner.

10/10Villa Carlotta is a wonderful Restaurant with a great Chef, charming staff of Alberto, Marcello and Stefano and a beautiful view of the sea. It was our best dinner in all of Sicily. The cocktails were excellent. My wife had the Fish Croquettes starter which she loved and the Sea Bass that she felt was as good as any fish dish she had ever had. I loved my first course of Tagliatelle in a pork Ragu and liked my lamb chops. We shared the Chocolate Cake with ice cream.- Molto Bene! Great night eating fine food is a lovely setting.

8.5/10Francesco made us feel special and so welcome! We had a beautiful evening. Excellent recommendation for local wine, Good food, well cooked and presented - but not ‘wow’. Overall, very lovely. Would recommend.

10/10We are staying at their sister hotel Villa Ducale and we dined at Villa Carlotta tonight. It’s a beautiful place, the staff are wonderful and the food was amazing! Both hotels are fabulous.

10/10We visited the restaurant for a special occasion and the atmosphere was outstanding. I recommend getting there before sunset to enjoy the beautiful view. Alberto provided an excellent, relaxing dining experience and was so friendly. The pasta is excellent. The 92 cocktail was delicious. We would definitely come back when visiting Taormina.

10/10The view was breathtaking as well as the setting. The food, service and ambience were all amazing. The time it took to take for our drinks to arrive and take our food order was close to 50 minutes and since we were very hungry, that was a little disconcerting but maybe that how it was supposed to be. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant!

10/10+1Beautiful venue with perfect views of the sea and Mount Etna. It is an indoor restaurant but with the windows open it gives the feel of being outdoor. Service was excellent and staff were very attentive. The food was beautifully presented and tasted delicious.

10/10This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly accommodating even from the beginning changing our tables to one with a better view and allowing us to order off menu - my wife wanted vongole and the chef made the best one we’ve had in two weeks in Sicily. Each dish was beautifully plated and delicious. The waitstaff was amazing, the chef the best.

10/10Highly rated restaurant completely worth the costs in our opinion. The staff were amazing from entry to exit, the views are stunning, overlooking mediterranean on one side and Mt Etna on the other and lovely selection of food, we especially enjoyed the parmagianni and carbonara pasta. The steak didn't meet the high standards. The recommended wine did. Definitely would go back again.
