The service was so good, we arrived late and they noticed how hungry we were and advised us on what to get so it would be ready faster, the pasta was absolutely amazing no and the tuna was perfection!

10/10I found the place in TripAdvisor looking for a nice restaurant with a view. Let me say, it surpassed our expectations significantly. The food was perfect. But most of all, the service was extremely professional, thanks to the remarkable job by Luigi and his team. They were interacting with us politely and efficiently, yet made it seem effortless. This balance can only be achieved at the highest level. All the food was excellent. We had sea bass, octopus and rack of lamb + some starters, all cooked to perfection. For me, the veal pearls (a starter) were unique, something new worth trying. They are like meatballs, but the texture is silky smooth, similar to foie gras, the core cooked to slightly pinkish, very tender, and sitting on a streak of gorgeous wine reduction. The other dishes - classic and perfect in every way. Once again, thank you Luigi for your perfect accompaniment along this journey.

Attended this restaurant to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The staff was excellent. Attention to details, friendly and great personality and communication skills. Food was well presented and taste to remember as a culinary experience second to none. Strongly recommend this restaurant.

7/10Although the dining room manager did his best to get the staff to perform, they were abysmal, making fault after fault, including forgetting orders, mistaking orders and being generally below the standard of acceptability for a highly rated restaurant. The manager was repeatedly at our table to apologize for his staff.

10/10We had a fantastic dinner at Euphoria. The choice of menu was good; the presentation and the quality of the food was excellent; the choice and quality of wine was first rate; and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made the evening most memorable. The cost of the meal was also very reasonable relative to the quality of the whole occasion.

The ambience was lovely. The dimmed lighting made it feel very relaxed. The service was attentive without being obtrusive. I had the pork tenderloin in Sicilian lemon sauce which was cooked to perfection as it was lovely and tender and chose to have a side of parmesan and truffle fries which were the best I've tasted and it pained me that I had to leave some as there was enough for two! I finished with the Semifredo which was nice. I was dining solo and didn't feel conspicuous in any way even though I was seated in the middle of the restaurant. I'd definatly recommend a visit as the food/service and atmosphere were faultless.

7.5/10We heard so much about this place, and we had high expectations. However, the food was not great. The tuna tartar was very sweet, the tagliata had lemon in the sauce which I have never seen that before, and the cocktail was too spicy for my preferences. However the scampi pasta with the truffle was really good. One thing I loved about the place was the service. Luigi was amazing from the beginning to the end of our experience.

9.5/10This was by far our favorite eating experience in Sicily thus far. We’ve had reservations, done cooking classes, gone to wineries, etc. I have to admit, I did HOURS of research online before choosing this restaurant. I was skeptical since it was a hotel restaurant, but everything was amazing. The cocktails, wine, food, views (even on a cloudy/rainy day) and service was top notch. The ambiance was amazing. I think the rain added to it honestly. We felt like we were in a garden in a thunder storm perfectly protected. Absolutely add this to your list!

This place is a hidden gem. I was looking for a restaurant that was a good combination of classy and modern, at affordable prices for a birthday dinner with my twin sister- Euphoria ticked all of the boxes. Luigi and his team welcomed us warmly, given us (in his words) the best table in the restaurant, with a stunning view of the sea, while taking impeccable care of us throughout the night. The cocktails were superb, the food outstanding and beautifully plated. The most touching part was that they brought our desserts with candles and "Happy Birthday" written on the plates - how thoughtful! And the prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of food and service. I warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a restaurant outside the bustling old town - you won't regret it.

10/10We had a lovely dining experience at Villa Carlotta. We sat at a table near the window so we were able to see all the lights below in Taormina. We were warmly greeted and several staff members came to the table to explain choices on the menu. We wanted to order and share the caponata on the menu but my husband was allergic to some of the ingredients. They went out of their way to speak with the chef. We decided on another appetizer but our sever brought me a generous dish of the caponata to try. It was delicious and I appreciated the thoughtful gesture. We enjoyed our meal. Everything was prepared to perfection. They have an excellent staff. They are polite, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Villa Carlotta if you are visiting Taormina.

10/10We had a fantastic dinner in Villa Carlotta high up in the hills in Taormina. The food was excellent, the ambiance was great, the view was magical and the service by Luigi and Alberto was very kind and pleasant. A very recommendable restaurant and very worthwhile to make a detour.
