Ciao Andreas, grazie per la tua recensione. Siamo felici che la tua esperienza all'interno del nostro locale sia stata di tuo gradimento. I prezzi del nostro menu sono in linea con i locali della zona e incide l'accurata scelta di materie prime. Seminiamo nei nostri campi in Sicilia i Grani Antichi non modificati geneticamente e biologici, li raccogliamo e li portiamo a Milano dove il grano viene molito a pietra e con la semola fresca prepariamo pasta trafilata al bronzo e a lenta essicazione e pane fermentato con la sola pasta madre. Starters were a salmon tartar and aubergine parmigiana; they were delicious. Pasta was served cold and overcooked, scalops had sand in them. The waitresses were oblyvious to the types of beer they had.

I enjoyed it a lot. Good food, polite staff. I paid 16€ for a plate of pasta, which I find reasonable. My friend’s plate though costed 32€, which for a plate of past I find to be exaggerated.

Il nostro menù è un viaggio che spazia tra i sapori della tradizione partendo dalle veraci salse romane e siciliane, passando ai raffinati piatti di mare realizzati con pesci e crostacei freschissimi e i prezzi, come indicato in menu, variano in base alle materie prime utilizzate.
