4/10Far too expensive foer what it is. We were expecting homemade fresh pasta, and all we got were "maybe" homemade pasta, but definitely not fresh (Mafaldine cherry tomatoes, ruccola and tiny burrata CHF31).... A slice of aubergine with a tiny burrata and a slice of ham...27chf as a starter?! Overall, they were not welcoming...Will definitely not go back.

je pense que personne vous à manquer de respect. Plutôt vous vu que vous avez réservé pour 7 et vous arrivez à 5 sans même pas nous prévenir. Je pense qu'au sens envers si nous avions fait ça j'imagine même pas le commentaire que vous aurez mis. On vous a gentiment fait déplacer sur une table de 5. Franchement je pense que c'est légitime de vous déplacer et que des autres clients peuvent aussi manger et nous gagné notre vie. Je suis vraiment désolé pour votre commentaire autant plus que personne n'a été désagréable avec vous tous.

10/10I’m so happy I found this place when researching Geneva restaurants online. This was absolutely a hidden gem. The staff was very patient with us, since we don’t speak French. And the food was absolutely delicious!!!! I recommend it to everyone!

8.5/10Excellent food and presentation. The place and decoration is very original. Waitres was very professional but the welcoming was cold by the cooker-owner. He was not friendly at all not even for saying goodbye. That was a pity.

6/10Chefs should wear mask and not touch the spaghetti with their hands to see if it is ready. Winelist has names of Italian wines without the type of wine written. Food was tasty and head chef friendly and welcoming.

10/10If one loves excellent pasta, this is the perfect place. Instead of endlessly repeated Carbonara or Bolognese sauces, Fabbrica Pasta spoiles you with creative and modern pasta dishes. Service and contemporary design are completing the experience. The Barolo was excellent too. It was the fourth but definitely not the last time we went there.

7.5/10Great pasta and quality of food and product is high ! However, I have been there twice and twice they were some issue with the pasta seasoning. Once way too salty (which the cook redo with no issues - they were then delicious ) and the second time not salted at all. Drenched the pasta in Parmesan to compensate. Service was average, wait staff spend too much time talking to each other than serving customers. Specially when they aren’t too many clients. It doesn’t make us feel welcome, more like we are interrupting their evening among friends.

8.5/10The information on the Fork when booking and at the restaurant was contradictory. Fork information said that there is 20% discount on “a la carte” food items, without any other rule or restrictions. When we went to the restaurant, they said that 20% discount only applies to the main dishes (and not for starters or desserts), and it is mandatory to order a paid drink.

10/10The restaurant is very good. The menu choices is really good. I have been there 3 times and all dished i have tried were really delicious, fresh and cooked with love. It is cozy and nice inside. Stronly recommended. Price-quality is the top.
