We read the reviews and thought this was a «must try» but was disappointed. We took the owners recommendation, set menu 90 euros for 2 people sharing. The meat sushi rolls were innovative and tasty. The beef tartar pieces were heavy. The meatballs were not exciting. If you go, I recommend ordering the meat sushi rolls off the menu. I prefer a steak to hamburger beef, and unfortunately we were served too much hamburger beef here.

We had an unforgettable three-course dinner at Fassushi. It started with beautifully prepared sushi enhanced by two different types of truffle—an incredible fusion of rich flavor and freshness. The second course was a delicate carpaccio, equally impressive in both taste and presentation. Every dish felt refined and balanced. Salvatore provided fantastic service—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine. Speaking of which, the wine selection was excellent and clearly curated to elevate the entire dining experience. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates high-quality ingredients and thoughtful service.

It was an unusual format to get your heard around and tbh we felt a little rushed into ordering, quite quickly after receiving the menus. The food and wine were amazing - I mentioned it was our anniversary and wanted to good red wine, which we got. We were asked about dessert which we weren't really going to have. The owner said he had a little surprise ( thinking of our anniversary?) He returned with a little cake & candles. Nice touch, or so we thought, until we found we had been charged €14 for it. I asked what the €14 was for and was informed for the cake - which we didnt order & certainly wouldnt pay €14 for. tbh that experience took the shine off what was otherwise an very enjoyable meal.

service was excellent. The set menu with steak & truffle was recommended and was very good, although at first dishes were very similar tasting due to the common theme. The goyoza dish was a great fusion dish, thoroughly enjoyed the meal. very full at the end!
