The view is amazing. The service very good. I ordered pasta with seafood, the pasta was overcooked and the fish was raw inside. The vegan dish with rice was okay and the steak too.

I must say it fell short, although nothing was bad. I know this restaurant form his golden age, 20 years ago. The view is now the main asset of the restaurant, it used to be the view and the food. In terms of atmosphere: the view is still amazing. The restaurant was recently renovated with good taste. On the down side, the restaurant does buffet at lunch time and keeps all the set up in place although there is no buffet at night. The result is really not good, gives the place an unpleasant canteen feeling, not what you expect for dinner. In terms of service: it was good, but the wait between dishes was above average, noticeably too long. The food: Good quality, fresh, but clearly lacking sparkle. Two unavailable dishes announced by the waiter at the beginning, and a third one (that we ordered), unavailable in the course of the dinner. Given the fact that the menu is not particularly extensive, it is quite disappointing and gives a hint about how the restaurant is struggling (it was on a Saturday night!). All in all nothing went really wrong but it's not a special restaurant anymore, just a decent option

waited 2 hours for a salad...while watching other customers come in and get served immediately. definitely a racist establishment.

We are deeply sorry that your experience at the restaurant did not meet your expectations. We work hard to provide a good service. In your case, we did not meet our standard and we apologize for that. However, that does not give you the right to insult us and to lie. Was service bad? Definitely YES. Unfortunately for us, in some of the other tables too. Turning that into a race issue is unacceptable and absurd. We work in hospitality. For EVERYONE, regardless of race, gender or creed. Our team is multi-ethnic and diverse. I am always available to constructive criticism. I know from experience that this business will always have bad days, no matter how hard we try to excel. Faz Figura is celebrating 50 years of existence, I have been her for 20. "Racist establishment"?! Really?! In a web comment?! Why didn´t you say that to my face? Unless all you wanted was to unload your frustrations and damage our business... Complain all you want, but please respect us. All the best for you. Pedro Dias Manager
