10/10This is a truly exquisite restaurant to dine. Inside a beautifully restored trullo with private areas to enjoy with family or friends. Delicious gourmet menu and extensive wine list. Lots of small innovative tasting plates accompanied by wine pairing is the way to go. Friendly attentive service from staff and chef puts this restaurant high on your list of places to dine.

Fantastic restaurant with amazing top quality food. The chef and his wife were outstanding in their hospitality and he explained every dish. His classic menu was a big wow !! His sea bass dish was unbelievable. The finale tiramisu was definitely worth the visit. Overall a great find and well worth it Thank you.

10/10We highly recommend the new springtime menu. Every plate was beautifully prepared, a surprise of flavors, and quite original and creative. Noci is worthwhile visiting for this restaurant, one of the best in all of Italy. The service was impeccable with the waiter thoroughly knowledgeable of each plate. The atmosphere is one of a restored trulli, a warm enviornment.

10/10Intimate, generous, delicious, relaxing! Such a wonderful experience, a hidden gem. The chef’s attention to detail and his personal involvement, along with his wife and lead waiter made for an incredible evening! This place is a must visit for dinner!!

9.5/10Incredible evening at Fe restaurant. Come hungry! Delicious and creative menu, generous and welcoming meal, very friendly staff (Dominico took great care of us). The wine pairing was also on point. Highly recommended.

10/10This restaurant is worth a long detour from the usual tourist hubs in Italy. Francesco Laere, the chef, is a genius, He always surprises us with beautifully presented food that tastes as good as it looks. We have eaten at Fe' six times and have never been disappointed. It is better than any starred restaurant we have had elsewhere in Italy.

What a wonderful little restaurant! The tasting menu is the only way to go and we also opted for the wine pairing and were glad we did! The service staff is EXCELLENT! The chef came out of the kitchen to greet us and took notes on our likes and my wife's gluten free condition. I really don't thong you can go wrong whichever menu you choose. The little "amuse bouche" tastes, of which there were several, were an additional treat! BRAVO !!

10/10Fe is the best restaurant in Puglia, and one of the very best among all Italian restaurants, our 4th time here. Compared to restaurants with * or ** Michelin ratings, Fe over-shadows them all. Every course is a surprise of creatively-made dishes rendered with impeccable technique. We had the new offering of the primavera dishes which included salmon, tuna, lobster and gnocchi interspersed with beautiful tastings . The threads between the plates were different kinds of caviar, and dried, intensely flavorful raspberries. The dessert was a mango mouse enveloping South American chocolate, beyond superlatives. The knowledgeable service and the opportunity to talk to the chef about his art make this our favorite restaurant in all of Italy!

10/10The service at Fè was delightful. They were able to not only accommodate my husband and I's dietary restrictions, they made them stunningly beautiful and delicious. We were truly blown away. Thank you!

10/10We were delighted to find this charming restaurant. From the moment we arrived until our leaving we felt welcome and looked after. Our food, wine and service were exemplary and we would recommend Fe to everyone. If you are in Puglia be sure not miss this gem
