The meal was partly excellent. Some parts not have fit together. The main problem was the long spaces between each serve. Up to 1 hour each serve. Secondly the waiters could have shown more attention to guests for drinks and taking away dishes. Finally it wasn’t really understandable that normally prepared food, like starter bread or first serve have needed such long time for guests to be served. And a little oil to the bread or butter would have been a great idea to pass the breaks without just waiting and playing on the phone what several guests have done less any further choice. A good cook not always helps when the concept fail. The room was nice, the music was little bit nerving , as after each ten songs the same loop started. But those a small things, a little more jazzy music would have been better than Xmas songs on Silvester day.

Dear Thomas, thank you for sharing your experience and for appreciating the atmosphere of the dining room. We would like to clarify a few points: New Year’s Eve is very different from a regular service evening. On December 31st we offer exclusively a fixed tasting menu, designed as a precise journey with intentionally relaxed timing, concluding just before midnight so all guests can celebrate together. The initial waiting time was also influenced by your arrival about one hour earlier than the scheduled reservation time. Nevertheless, our staff made every effort to let you begin the menu as soon as possible, minimizing the wait, especially at the start of the evening. We are sorry that the music selection was not entirely to your taste; however, given the holiday season and New Year’s Eve, the playlist was chosen to reflect that festive atmosphere.
