9/10We arrived early for our booking and the restaurant was not open however the gentleman who came to the door let us sit in and served us a drink while we waited for it to open. The service was excellent and we were not rushed. We were well looked after and the staff were really helpful, the atmosphere was very relaxing. Well worth a visit.

10/10We were a group of 10 and 4 were vegetarian. Great choice of vegetarian food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, great service and very nice setting and ambience!

10/10A wonderful restaurant tucked away from the crowds in Alberobello. Dining in the garden was the perfect atmosphere for a meal with my wife. Food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Recommend getting the burratta antipasto as it was the best we had in Puglia

9.5/10Delicious meal as a couple, should be noted that the restaurant is outside the city of Alberobello and the walk without sidewalk is not favorable - recommend a taxi. Service was amazing and you truly felt like you were in a family own restaurant

10/10The food and atmosphere at Fidelio are amazing. We shared an antipasti of several small dishes, each was a taste delight. The staff were really helpful navigating through the menu and advising food choices. The best meal we’ve had in Italy. Will be back again

10/10Best dinner so far on our Italian trip. 14 really good starters and wonderful tortelli with crab souce and almonds. Highly recommended, beautiful garden, away from the turist areas, about 15 min walk.

9/10The food was amazing. The setting is beautiful. The waitresses are super friendly and sweet, especially Anouska ( I have no idea if this is the right way to write it). But they have a very strange system where everyone has one job. Anouska was super capable but was only allowed to bring water. Everytime we wanted to order something we had to wait super long. I think this was because the owner wants to go to every table herself and write the orders down, which is very noble, but not very practical. It would be better if they devided the tables, because the staff is very capable. Also you could park in the street but there was a very annoying valet who kept nodding his head to us :D. Not sure what we did wrong ot what was expected of us.

6/10The venue was lovely but the food was disappointing. I ordered vegetable tempura and it was very short on vegetables (which were cut very thinly) but lots of heavy batter. It tasted of frying. Other dishes we ordered were more successful, but there was little flair in the cooking.
