4.5/10Poor greeting on arrival, poor attention to detail, poor customer service, cod fish cakes appeared to have been reheated from frozen and nothing like the ones we had on previous visit. Each red wine I selected was not available. Overall, disappointing and poor value for money.

6.5/10We opted for small plates and mostly they were fine... nothing truly fabulous, but definitely worth eating. What was NOT worth eating was what they called s Caesar salad. It was not even close to being a Caesar salad! Greens with chicken (who knew?) in what was unquestionably a commercially prepared dressing that bore no resemblance to Caesar dressing. Service was okay, but paled in comparison to the unfailingly warm and attentive service we've received at other restaurants in Portugal.

7/10We booked via The Fork app and when we arrived at the restaurant, the service was a little awkward - there were a few different people who served us and communication between them wasn’t great. Despite the odd service, the food was delicious. I had the octopus and my partner had a steak - both were prepared and cooked really well and we both enjoyed our desserts too. We liked the aesthetic of Figu’s, it was chic and situated in a historic and atmospheric part of Lisbon. If you book via this app, make sure they honour the 30% discount as the app states the bill will automatically deduct the money off but they didn’t in the restaurant.

10/10This is a nice restaurant with eclectic decor. Service is good & food was delicious! We had the cod cakes & John Dory dish. The fish was the best we’ve had in Lisbon. Tender & delicious sauce. Desserts are also delicious. Would highly recommend.

9/10Been there for a business dinner, Pleasant atmosphere, kind service, good food, If I can leave a note for improvement: I would pay more attention in removing the bones from the fish, is not very elegant to remove them once in your mouth.

8.5/10The food is absolutely amazing. I had the fried cod and my partner had the risotto. 10/10 for food. The service and ambience was a little down but that definitely could be our fault since we arrived quite early for dinner at 5PM. (Jet lag) I would definitely go back

10/10Fantastic food and great service. We enjoyed drinks outside before our meal, watching the world go by in the square. The portions are generous, so don’t over order. Good atmosphere.

8.5/10Meal with wife and adult son. Very busy place. They had our booking but seemed to forget about our The Fork discount at the end. Tapas for starters and then steak, pork and pasta. All nice. Long wait between some desserts and the final one arriving. Wine list is accessed via a bar code on the menu. Cheapest bottle is 24euros. Problem with bill sorted quickly. We were not hurried but not a place to linger. Right in city centre and very busy.

5.5/10I appreciate that the food was enjoyable, but it would have been even better with more attentive service. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of service.

10/10Absolutely fabulous New Year’s Eve experience! Delicious multicourse dinner. All food was excellent, Service was beyond expectations. I would highly recommend this restaurant. Noise level was reasonable, ambience was fabulous.

10/10We came for the seafood rice, since it was suggested as being a very typical dish for Lisbon. The seafood was really good, though I would have expected the rice to have more flavor - but that might just be the way that dish is supposed to be.

8/10A suggestion from our tour guide. Selected based on location and time. A bit busy so got seated in the bar area. shortly after they offered to move us to a table, but we were ok where we were. Service was good and food tasty, maybe a bit more salt than we prefer. Wine prices were reasonable. The regular dining area might be quieter, but overall it was nice and would go again

2/10We were really disappointed by almost everything. Food was not great, undercooked and one dish came without the vegetables listed on the menu. The waitress was quite unresponsive as well. Would not recommend.

10/10Very fun vibe inside! All fried dishes were done well and were not at all greasy. Crisp and well cooked. Grilled octopus was tender and tasty. Octopus is VERY easy to overcook and becomes tender, especially when grilled. It’s a good tester dish. White sangria was strong and fruity as well. Service was attentive, informative, and not intrusive.

6.5/10Visited Figus with family and we invited a friend to lunch (driving in from Porto). The restaurant is lovely with a very nice ambience inside as well! Ordered a variety of dishes with the grilled polvo standing out. Absolutely tender, fresh and a hearty portion size! The hamburger was delish as well! The tagliatelle with prawn was very average..the John Dory with risotto unfortunately lacking flavour as well. However the bit that jarred were the waiters pushing us to order our meal within the initial 15-20 mins of us arriving, until I had to state it was rude for us to order without our friend arriving. Though we'd ordered drinks to start off. The other bit was the Fork discount not provided until I asked for it. And the last bit that didn't seem right was the Maitre D' actually asking for a service tip when we were being billed! Hmm...maybe a few lessons to be learned with hospitality?
