10/10We had a corner window seat in the bar area of the restaurant and Florian and staff looked after us very well. We had a pasta dish with chicken and fillet steak, both very tasty and delicious. We will come back to Figu next time in Lisbon.

9/10Food was well prepared and tasty with generous portions. We had the soup of the day (cream of vegetable) and two main dishes: Bacalhao com Broa and Bochechas (pork cheeks) and enjoyed all of it. Ambience is a little off with loud music and funky decor, but it was comfortable enough with nice views to Figueira Square. Service was friendly but spotty; hard to find someone when you needed something. Overall, a good experience.

6.5/10I had really high expectations for this place, judging from the food and the restaurant decor. it was a little disappointed with the food when I took my first bite. I ordered the pork cheek. the meat was tender, but bland. The sauce was a bit overpowering for my liking.

6.5/10We asked for burguer and mushroom risotto. The rice was good but the fries from the burguer dish were cold. Asked for new ones and they deliver warm ones . Despite my review is wroten in english I'm portuguese and I had to speak english cause the staff barely spoke portguese, not nice. Overrall they were polite and friendly but I found lack of training for a 4 star hotel.

4.5/10Poor greeting on arrival, poor attention to detail, poor customer service, cod fish cakes appeared to have been reheated from frozen and nothing like the ones we had on previous visit. Each red wine I selected was not available. Overall, disappointing and poor value for money.

6.5/10We opted for small plates and mostly they were fine... nothing truly fabulous, but definitely worth eating. What was NOT worth eating was what they called s Caesar salad. It was not even close to being a Caesar salad! Greens with chicken (who knew?) in what was unquestionably a commercially prepared dressing that bore no resemblance to Caesar dressing. Service was okay, but paled in comparison to the unfailingly warm and attentive service we've received at other restaurants in Portugal.

7/10We booked via The Fork app and when we arrived at the restaurant, the service was a little awkward - there were a few different people who served us and communication between them wasn’t great. Despite the odd service, the food was delicious. I had the octopus and my partner had a steak - both were prepared and cooked really well and we both enjoyed our desserts too. We liked the aesthetic of Figu’s, it was chic and situated in a historic and atmospheric part of Lisbon. If you book via this app, make sure they honour the 30% discount as the app states the bill will automatically deduct the money off but they didn’t in the restaurant.

10/10This is a nice restaurant with eclectic decor. Service is good & food was delicious! We had the cod cakes & John Dory dish. The fish was the best we’ve had in Lisbon. Tender & delicious sauce. Desserts are also delicious. Would highly recommend.

9/10Been there for a business dinner, Pleasant atmosphere, kind service, good food, If I can leave a note for improvement: I would pay more attention in removing the bones from the fish, is not very elegant to remove them once in your mouth.

8.5/10The food is absolutely amazing. I had the fried cod and my partner had the risotto. 10/10 for food. The service and ambience was a little down but that definitely could be our fault since we arrived quite early for dinner at 5PM. (Jet lag) I would definitely go back
