2.5/10Food and service was awful. The bread which they offered on arrival was stale. The baked potatoes were a few days old. The tapes was reheated. The wine was okay.

5.5/10Sticky table. Hygiene could be improved. Had to remind about the Fork reservation and the 30% discount on the a la carte menu upon paying. The wine we ordered from the on line wine list was not available, but a 15% more expensive replacement was. Finally we were recommended to pay in cash!

10/10we had tapas, ordered one of everything as we were a group. super selection, something for everyone. all tasty and enjoyable. service was excellent in this quirky fig-themed restaurant. 30% discount as booked through The Fork.

4/10Staff were very cold and rude and seemed like they didn’t want to be there . Food was ok nothing special . We wouldn’t return to this restaurant . Staff need training on customer service skills , the lack of attention was appauling .

9.5/10Pork cheeks were beyond render and delicious. My husband had the prawns on pesto over tageliteli. Excellent also. The ambiance and vibe were very cool. Highly recommend

We had a corner window seat in the bar area of the restaurant and Florian and staff looked after us very well. We had a pasta dish with chicken and fillet steak, both very tasty and delicious. We will come back to Figu next time in Lisbon.

9/10Food was well prepared and tasty with generous portions. We had the soup of the day (cream of vegetable) and two main dishes: Bacalhao com Broa and Bochechas (pork cheeks) and enjoyed all of it. Ambience is a little off with loud music and funky decor, but it was comfortable enough with nice views to Figueira Square. Service was friendly but spotty; hard to find someone when you needed something. Overall, a good experience.

I had really high expectations for this place, judging from the food and the restaurant decor. it was a little disappointed with the food when I took my first bite. I ordered the pork cheek. the meat was tender, but bland. The sauce was a bit overpowering for my liking.

6.5/10We asked for burguer and mushroom risotto. The rice was good but the fries from the burguer dish were cold. Asked for new ones and they deliver warm ones . Despite my review is wroten in english I'm portuguese and I had to speak english cause the staff barely spoke portguese, not nice. Overrall they were polite and friendly but I found lack of training for a 4 star hotel.
