4.5/10The service was very slow. We waited an hour for our first which was mediocre courgette flowers. The next dish came 1/2 an hour later. We had 2 beers and 2 glasses of wine and paid 100€. They gave us a grappa in edxcuse but I must say don’t go there.

Service was indifferent - it seemed to be a place popular with families. We enjoyed the food - well prepared. My glass off red wine was not good - very young. Funky space within rock walls.

The choice of wine offered by the glass was impressive and drinks and food could not be improved as it was all top notch. This place could really go up a level by just a few tweaks. Having those massive card wipe clean menus gives the feel of being in a chain restaurant as does leaving baby high chairs in the dining room when not in use. The service was unfortunately a bit slow on the night we went otherwise the restaurant would have been scored far higher by us. It was not the kitchen that was slow, it just felt like we were left for ages with noone in sight. I find this strange when that happens as we might have ordered more drinks etc but you can't if nobody is there to ask.

9.5/10Great food and so good to sit next to the Duomo di Santa Maria dell Madia. We ate in the outdoor seating area and went inside briefly to visit the restroom and the seating area inside was spectualar. Worth visiting for the food and ambience.

4.5/10The food was average. Surprisingly, the pizza was bad for an Italian restaurant. The tall waiter seemed to dislike his job, and the dishes were served with a noticeable lack of care, often slammed onto the table.

+1Filo d Oilio was terrific. We arrived a warmly greeted as Fork reservation! The waiter was attentive and made good suggestions! We ate his suggestions! The Beef with Burrata has so far been the best entree we have had in our trip. This entree is a standout!! Cheers!!

2/10First time writing a review since we never had such a horrible food experience. The artichoke and mushroom salad (14€) was with canned artichokes and canned mushrooms, and it only tasted of brine and insanely strong lemon. The filled burrata pasta (18€) was 8 tiny pieces of pasta with bad quality cheese and bad supermarket quality pesto sauce. The filo pizza (9€) was not only uneatable given how horrible it tasted, almost like doughnut dough, but we also found a huge chunk of black plastic inside the crush - we couldn't believe it! When we showed the plastic to the waiter she just dismissed it and left. Lastly, the tiramisu (6€) was literally frozen like an ice cream. When we brought it up to the waiter she dismissed it again by saying it's impossible since it was in the fridge, despite the fact that we showed her our spoons couldn't even get through it. It's a strong word, but it was literally a disgusting food experience so please don't be fooled by the reviews.

7.5/10There were problem with menu's in English in the restaurant. But food was delicious - especially special pizza by Filo d'Olio. But you need a time with additional orders. It might be because of the beginning of the season and service team is not fully trained yet. Ambience is very nice and cosy. We had an issue with the payment - even though we have asked twice to pay via The Fork payment we had to move to the register unfortunately. First bill I've received with higher amounts and had been corrected after my notice.

Ambiente is great, food is good quality but therefore a bit pricey. Portions are the right size, neither too small or too large. They have some interesting items on the menu, not only the typical touristy food, and all were very delicious. Service is a bit slow, not too attentive. We left without eating a desert because we had to wait so long for the waiter to come to us we got annoyed.

5.5/10The service was very slow. We ordered two pizzas and one burrata, and took them roughly 50 minutes to bring the burrata. At that time we asked for bread (that came just barely heated - and in one second was hard - clearly the bread was frozen). The pizzas came after 1hour and, at the time, we were no longer hungry to taste them. The price was above what was marked and they refused to give us the 20% discount from the fork- where we made the reservation from. This is clearly poor service, while the food is good, the service is mediocre and a lot of customers left after never getting what they ordered.. for a reason, wish we would have done the same.

5.5/10The starters were great. We had fried shrimps and tuna tartare. The second plates were awful. I had some beef strips that were extremely overcooked and really chewy. I didn’t even have half of the plate. My boyfriend had calamarata that was cold and some of the mussels/ vongole were closed…The location is absolutely gorgeous and the atmosphere was great. But the chefs and staff need to be much more careful. Also, we waited a lot for everything. From the wine to the food.

6.5/10I have been eating here few times in the past. This time, I have to admit, it was not as good as expected. I have noticed quite crazy prices in the menu (16-18 euro for a main). I then decided to get the most expensive pizza (16 euro - with raw fish) with quite high expectations; however, my pizza was very thin and extra "hard"; so hard it was difficult to cut it with a knife. Disappointing. The atmosphere and the care is always very good though.
