Wanted a steak, no solomillo even though it was listed. Wanted Oysters, 4 oysters with a glass of cava is one of our favourit starters, had no oysters, they also do not serve Cava either. Had a steak tartar, an amatuer attempt at a classic dish, chef needs to fully appreciate this dish and learn to tailor the dish to a customers needs, ie spicey or not spicey as an example. To make this dish properly, the chef should ask the customer about the customers preferences. Just minced steak was not a steak tartar , really disappointed.
