9.5/10The service was excellent and food was outstanding . My son has egg allergy they were so helpful and couldn’t do enough to make sure his food was okay. Would certainly recommend.

2/10It was loud. It was offered a 3rt class Tabe in front of the restaurant, because we were no Hotel guest. Food was served with main courses after 2 hours. Side dishes after main course. If hotel is as bad as Restaurants…. ???? will never go there

10/10Amazing restaurant and service! We requested when booking if we could sit by the window and they were kind enough to remember this request and we were seated there which was lovely! The food was great and the service from the staff was outstanding. Definitely will be visiting here again.

9.5/10After arriving and being seated, the experience began. The service was great and so was the food and drinks! I'm a slow eater so I didn't realize the restaurant closed before we looked at the desert menu but they still served us desert without a second thought ! 10/10.

5/10We had a reservation but had to wait nevertheless 45 min for the table. But at least 10 tables were free. Then at the beginning I told them my friend has his birthday. They said they will prepare a surprise. Nothing happened then anymore … Food wasn’t worth the price. Just average. The meat wasn’t as I ordered it. That should be the case in a grill restaurant. Only the service was very friendly but seemed unorganised.

7/10Our waitress was great and most of the food was good. The only thing we didn’t love was our steaks and the smoked potatoes. Bread was excellent. And great cocktails.

9/10The atmosphere is very nice, however, next time I will take a dessert and cocktail because we did not like main dishes that much (it was tasty but had some specific taste that make it hard to eat)

4/10I had an anniversary dinner booked today Sunday 23rd Jan and was very excited to have dinner at Fire with my fiancé. My booking was at 9.45, I was waiting in a queue and did not get seated until 10.02 by the hostess. She didn’t apologise for the long wait and wasn’t in very high spirit- it was ab awful way to begin the night. Our waitress Elizabeth then attended to us- she was very lovely, warm, and explained everything to us. She lifted up our mood again. We ordered the T-bone steak- it came with a lot of food. Apart from this, the steak was not hot, it was warm-cold and very chewy, we didn’t finish the food. Throughout the evening we both kept our coats on because it was very cold. The restaurant is in the lobby which is very huge so it doesn’t feel intimate. We headed over to the bar next to the restaurant for drinks, we sat down to order but it was just far too cold. We left within a few minutes. Overall, unfortunately it was a bad experience and below the standards of the W.

10/10Great diner; the staff was really nice and professional, venue was great and the food was excellent! We had bread and a mini starter offered; the rest of the plates were quite big and very tasty, nicely surprised overall! Cocktails were divine too. I highly recommend.

8/10Typical fancy restaurant, with good food, but with some details missing like, serving a fish dish with bones (they should clean it at least in the table for you) and also for the fish they didn’t put the right knife. So, good, but nothing special

6/10Cold, empty restaurant, with very little atmosphere – and even though there were only 4 tables occupied, they had every seated next to each other in one zone – not respecting the government guidelines on social distancing – when we asked to be moved, they stated "the restaurant is totally booked" which was a total lie – we left after our meal at 4pm and no new tables had been occupied. On a positive, the waiter was very nice and helpful, (though the time between the entrants and the main course was way too long).

8/10Great atmosphere in an amazing location right by the beach, good attentive service. I enjoyed a lot the wine recommended by the waiter, and it was a pleasure having it in such a special, beautiful glass. However, charging a cup (9 euros) the price of a whole bottle (10 euros) is a bit too much, especially when in Barcelona you almost never pay more than 3-4 euros a glass. Than came the 1st dish. They were kind and resultive enough to offer us an out of the menu steak tartar, as we didn't see anything we liked in the starters part of the menu (very small menu). The dish was perfect. Yet again, charging more than twice the other options on the menu is not excepted. They could at least worn us. The 140 euros 2 kg tomahok steak was bad. Really bad. No taste and very, very chewy. They were kind enough to replace it and the chuleton (another steak) was ok. No more no less. So, an overall ok experience. Nice atmosphere, really high prices for average food.

6/10Food was awful - pasta linguine tasted like plastic, chips were drenched in salt. The only thing good about the experience was the scenery of the restaurant.
