We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation through TheFork and expected to receive the discount associated with the booking. We arrived about 15 minutes late, but the restaurant was almost empty. Despite this, the staff refused to apply the discount, claiming that it was because of our delay. Honestly, this was the first time we experienced something like this. It felt quite unfair and not very customer-friendly. As for the food, the salad was mostly just lettuce leaves with almost no other ingredients, which was disappointing. The only thing we actually enjoyed was the flammkuchen — it was quite tasty. Overall, the experience left a negative impression, and because of the way the situation was handled, we would not consider coming back.

First time that my wife or I have ever eaten flam or at Flam. Waitress spoke perfect English and walked us through everything. I shared a salad and flam and I had a smash burger. Portions are generous and price is reasonable. Place is cozy, yet comfortable. There are three (?) Flam locations in Straussbourg, all within easy walking distance to the Christmas markets. We'll go back next time in the area.

Even the original price is very competitive, amazing tarte and the staff is very friendly.

Great cozy place to eat some tarte flambée. So many different flavors, salty and sweet one are great too! Good and fast service.

We chose this place because it said it had gluten free on the fork page but when we arrived there was only a salad option for me so I didn't eat. My husband had burger and chips and he said it was good.
