Little but charming, the right dimension to have a kind contact and service. Excellent food, fresh with amazing touch of colours and tastes. Recommended for anyone who come and visite the Valley de Chevreuse.

Pleasantly surprised during a stopover. We enjoyed the setting and the service, the plates were beautifully presented and had wonderful tastes. ViaMichelin should make a note of Fleur de Sel!
