10/10Just wanted to share a quick update on our lunch by the pool! We enjoyed the smoky burrata and spaghetti with octopus, both dishes were perfectly balanced and made with quality ingredients. The service was also impressive—pacing was just right and very attentive.

10/10The street entrance was still locked at 19:15 but we found our way via the resort main entrance. Once inside the staff were welcoming giving us a wide choice of tables. Prompt and knowledgeable service from our very friendly waiter who helped us select our wine. The food was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared and with tastes to savour. If anything the wait time for our first and subsequent courses was too short! Deserts were superb although for our taste almost too rich! Considering the quality of the food, the service and the ambiance it was very reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend but be aware it is about 2km from the city centre so probably best to take a taxi. We used the afternoon to have a long walk via various Landmarks with the last 1km along the river.

9/10Whilst the ingredients are traditional, This is imaginative Tuscan/Italian food with flair and a difference. All the dishes we had were much appreciated. It is not very convenient if you are staying elsewhere and a little more expensive than other good places

6/10Very pretentious food. As Brazilian who lives in Paris I've decided to order the tartare with pecorino and truffles as starter and the picanha as main dish. First thing is that the portions are very small considering the price, in that case the restaurant better deliver something special, or else it just poses as a arrogant dish. Sadly, that is the case for Flora and Fauna. The tartare de bouef does not work at all with pecorino and truffles, even the potent Black truffle cannot resist the Power of the pecorino that tends to overshadow the truffle and the whole plate, tartare os usualy refreshing, and here is heavy and boring. It is a perfect example that Just mixing fancy ingredients does not make a good plate. The picanha was even more disapointing. As someone who has eaten It every weekend since a kid, this Brazilian cut is all wrong here. It clearly lacks higher temperature in the fat side, and the use of fine salt in the fat side is just super wrong, it is a bad dish, It is also tasteless. the good side is that the pasta with truffle that I also ordered was fine. the sauce could be a little more dense, but the pasta was fresh and great. I do not reccomend the restaurant because of price x quality report. You can eat better, more and cheaper in Firenze.

10/10Flora & Fauno proposes a highly qualitative dining experience. All dishes are creatively prepared, flavours mixed with subtlety, and artfully plated. We loved the meatballs, soft and melting, the seabass, cooked to perfection, the zucchini pie with straciatella cheese, creamy and rich in flavours. Service is led by Francesco, an experienced maître d’hôtel. Francesco knows your name and knows how to make one feel very welcome. His talent at service and his passion for his métier are visible in the way he treats guests with warmth and discretion. It was the last evening of our vacations in Florence, and we chose right. The setting is intimate, clean, elegant and charming. We loved it, the kids very much as well. If I ever come again to Florence, I will be their customer again.

9/10The terrace gives an intimate and quite place, usually play jazz music, and the garden and swimming pool view takes you away from city. You can also lean over the wall and contemplate the river.

10/10The team of Flora&Fauno managed to make that an unforgettable evening. From the warm welcome until we left, everything was perfect. Apart from the scrumptuous food, we especially loved the atmoshpere - a mix of vintage and modern, which made the premises cosy. We also appreciated the fact, that the bar has a good range of non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails).

10/10In the menu the fish dish (Branzino) and meat dishes were all 22 euro, the maitre d'hotel suggested Dentice, when i got the bill it was 35 euro. A bit of a surprise but it was a very big piece of fish and very fresh. Maybe even a bit too big for ladies. To not waste food i struggled to finish it.

9.5/10Everything was great. Presentation of food easily a 10/10. Taste and innovation very strong too (9.5/10). Our only service-related issue was miscommunication over the check (we've found this to be a theme at Italian restaurants). Would highly recommend.

9.5/10This place is hidden away in a hotel, but it is beautiful. The food was amazing with an excellent balance of flavours, not to mention the presentation. It's obvious that the chef loves what they do. Service was impeccable, staff were very friendly and helpful. Well worth the long walk it took us to get there!
