Service was good. We ordered 3 different soups, nothing special, to be honest it is probably a store brand ready to go instant Maggi soup topped with a boiled egg, one piece of bok choy, 4 small peaces of chicken 2 slices of mushrooms and a bit of pickled ginger and noodles, it was too salty. We were hungry, we ate it, but for the price it wasn't worth it, even with a discount.

The food was mediocre. The noodles in the ramen were clearly instant noodles, the broth was overly salted and without great taste, the egg was cold and the vegetables in the bowl were raw for the most part. Some ordered the beef ramen, the vegan tofu ramen, the chicken and the pork ramen, none were happy with the order except for the tofu in the vegan ramen which was ok. The only dish our party of 5 could find some solace in were the chicken gyozas we ordered as starters. The hygiene of the place was also not amazing, finding wet socks hanging over the hand drier is never a good sight when someone goes to wash their hands before eating.

I always return with pleasure to Foodvanture Ramen, to explore more of their delicious food. Ramen are excellent, beautifully flavoured, the place is spacious, bright and modern. The service is really good, the staff is very kind and polite. The outdoor space is a plus. Very well serviced by public transport if coming from other parts of Lisbon.

The ramen was disappointing. The egg was cold, the mushrooms were mushy, and the noodles tasted like they came from an instant package. The broth was way too salty, probably from instant powder. The place was completely empty I won’t go back.

Our pork and chicken broths are always prepared in-house from bones simmered for many hours, and the noodles are freshly cooked for each order. For the tofu ramen, we do use a miso soup base as part of the recipe, but we never use instant powder for our main broths. We did notice that every bowl was completely finished, which usually tells us guests enjoyed their meal—but we understand taste is personal and we’ll review the egg temperature and mushroom texture with our kitchen team. The server was very polite and the food came out quickly. I had a ramen bowl 🍜 that had very flavorful broth but the other ingredients was sparse and did not taste fresh. The mushrooms tasted like rehydrated mushrooms, and the boiled egg was flavorless and cold.

The foodventure ramen spot near Praça Paiva Couceiro in Lisbon offers an incredible dining experience with its great atmosphere and stunning aesthetics. The food is some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I made a reservation, and the service was amazing, complementing the delicious meal perfectly. We tried the shoyu ramen and chicken karaage, both of which were incredibly tasty, with the broth being particularly rich and flavorful. The experience was so enjoyable that we’re already planning to return to try more bowls of ramen and explore the rest of their menu.

Unfortunately they do not serve ramen, it was regular spaghetti. Tastes like a regular soup and not the authentic ramen

The service is very kind and fast. The ramen soup is very tasty but it’s a shame they use spaghetti for the noodles. It would be amazing if they changed the noodle choice. Good luck!
