In all fairness, this could be a wonderful restaurant but we have no way of knowing. We made a reservation WELL in advance. We received a confirmation the day before our reservation, and then, at 1:30 in the afternoon, on a Saturday night, we received a message that they could no longer honor our reservation?? No explanation why. Very disappointing situation since we had no cell service and didn’t realize, until 4:30 on a Saturday evening, that we had no dinner reservation.

De chef comes to the table and recommends. We asked for a surprise dinner. He explained all dishes and most of it is local and fresh. Very good balanced taste. Recommend the place!

Truly a highlight of our visit to Italy. Great food and attentive service, small with intimate ambiance (with great music), and authentic and local atmosphere. Great wine suggestion too!
