The entries are absolutely amazing, the xiao long baos are so juicy and flavourful and the Taiwanese fried chicken is tender and very well seasoned. The only complain I have with the service is that we waited a very long time for the entries and for the bill, and the restaurant wasn't very full.

Kalpana is a great hostess! She was so kind and friendly with my young kids (2 and 7 years old). My children were so fond of her they wanted to pass by the next night to wave hi to her, and then have our last night’s dinner in Portugal at Formosa! The food at Formosa is very nice; we love the soup dumplings here and the noodle soup is also good. I especially love the Jiao Ma Ban Mian (noodles in chili and sesame sauce) with beef, spice level 3! So good but only if you love spice!! My husband is half Taiwanese and enjoyed his meal there as well 😀

Lovely place for Taiwanese food. Service was great; Kalpana was a warm and friendly server, which made a difference. Food was good, although some items were better than others. Steamed dumplings were great, but kimchi salad disappointing because it was very sweet and not spicy. The fried tofu was good, but the portion was very small. At least they have a lot more vegan/vegetarian food that when they opened!

Great experience and lovely atmosphere — a perfect spot for dinner. Leonor’s service was excellent: friendly and attentive. Overall, the food was good. The ramen didn’t quite live up to expectations, but the pork with rice was absolutely delicious!
