3.5/10The location is great, with a wonderful rooftop bar.. But to have a table we were told minimum spend €250 on a bottle of champagne or €25 for entry after dinner.... the restaurant downstairs was basic. Lobster roll was a huge disappointment.... extremely small with hardly any lobster. Pity as we had been looking forward to it.

9/10The ambiance was lovely, and the service was generally good, except for one detail. After clearing our plates, I asked the lead waitress for the menu, but she never came back with it. Since the restaurant wasn’t busy, it was surprising for her to forget. My mom ordered the salad, which was delicious. I had the lobster roll, and honestly, I was disappointed the filling had barely any lobster. The fries that came with it were overly dry, and the side salad had no seasoning at all. Wasn’t worth the price paid for lobster rolls.

3/10Beautiful location, but poorly executed meal and beverage delivery. We ordered a cocktail and wine which we asked to be chilled a little more before serving. The wine came first and was presented and then left in ice as requested. 15 minutes later our entrees arrived, but our cocktail had not arrived. The waitress took back the plate and 10 minutes later our cocktail finally arrived. 5 minutes later, our entrees were again delivered to the table, this time cold, as the restaurant re-presented the same meal from 25 minutes earlier. We complained about the temperature and the waitress took back the plates. By this time we had finished the cocktail and started drinking the wine. About 30 - 40 minutes later, the entrees still had not arrived, the wine was finished, so we paid and left without food. This was the night of the soccer cup, and clearly the kitchen staff were glued to the game and not focused on delivering a good meal. We left unsatisfied and hungry. Very disappointing.

7/10Location with view of the your amazing. The bar upstairs has a roof top view but the men working security were hostile. The food was ok. Bread was good. Very expensive for the quality but you are paying for the location. We sat for 25 min in the bar pre dinner and could not get served drinks.

9/10I saw other 3 couples besides us that were expecting to have dinner with an Eiffel Tower view but it is not possible with the Terrace closed and the outside tables also closed because of weather. We were all disappointed. They should fix it somehow or dont promise it as a restaurant.

Pleasant atmosphere and service. The officiant was speaking good English. Dishes were rather good, but veal chop was to dry. and Eiffel tower is visible only From the terrace which was closed. Nevertheless, very good restaurant with European cuisine just near Eiffel tower.

7/10My daughter enjoyed her steak. My poultry dish was a bit tasteless. Lovely ambience and good service. I did not realise until after I left but disappointed that the 20% discount offered through booking through fork was never applied to the bill.

10/10The stuff was great, even ringing me to check on some booking details. The food was amazing, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had in my life 🤩 and of course the ambiente. Paris, Eiffel Tower … perfect

5.5/10Just so everyone knows, this as a restaurant located inside a hotel at a ground floor. Nice and friendly staff but I'm Not sure if our waitress was serious about her job! We reminded her three times about something and she forgot to bring it to ourç table. The food came cold! It would have been so good if someone didn't forget to deliverit to our table in time!!

10/10The Frame was a lovely restaurant and they looked after us really well. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and she wanted to have dinner with a view of the Eiffel Tower. They communicated with us very well and booked the 'bubble' for us which is an outside table with private dinning within a bubble with an great view. Initially it was cold out there (Feb), but they managed to get the heater working for us. All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were weel looked after and we all had a great evening. I think, given the location and the quality of the food and wine, pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a special meal (ask for the 'bubble).

4.5/10This experience was disappointing as I made a reservation for a birthday dinner with hopes to view the Eiffel Tower at night when it sparkles. After having made this reservation weeks in advance, made a request to seat in the balcony lounge for a view of the tower and attempted to email the restaurant to confirm my restaurant, I was disappointed. When seated, it was at a table that was barely visible to the tower. When asked about my request I made, they informed me that the lounge had closed the week prior. If I was given notice about this, I would have chosen a different restaurant. As we tried to make the best out of the dinner, we were going to get a cocktail but was told that they could not make it due to not having the ingredients. I was very hopeful and excited about attending this restaurant as I had seen great reviews on this app plus on social media. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

9.5/10Me and my partner enjoyed our time at the frame restaurant. The service was excellent and we left a tip on our way out. Possibly the most welcoming service, followed by incredible food and refreshing drinks. I highly recommend!
