9/10I saw other 3 couples besides us that were expecting to have dinner with an Eiffel Tower view but it is not possible with the Terrace closed and the outside tables also closed because of weather. We were all disappointed. They should fix it somehow or dont promise it as a restaurant.

9/10Pleasant atmosphere and service. The officiant was speaking good English. Dishes were rather good, but veal chop was to dry. and Eiffel tower is visible only From the terrace which was closed. Nevertheless, very good restaurant with European cuisine just near Eiffel tower.

7/10My daughter enjoyed her steak. My poultry dish was a bit tasteless. Lovely ambience and good service. I did not realise until after I left but disappointed that the 20% discount offered through booking through fork was never applied to the bill.

5.5/10Just so everyone knows, this as a restaurant located inside a hotel at a ground floor. Nice and friendly staff but I'm Not sure if our waitress was serious about her job! We reminded her three times about something and she forgot to bring it to ourç table. The food came cold! It would have been so good if someone didn't forget to deliverit to our table in time!!

10/10The Frame was a lovely restaurant and they looked after us really well. It was my daughter's 18th birthday and she wanted to have dinner with a view of the Eiffel Tower. They communicated with us very well and booked the 'bubble' for us which is an outside table with private dinning within a bubble with an great view. Initially it was cold out there (Feb), but they managed to get the heater working for us. All the staff were very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were weel looked after and we all had a great evening. I think, given the location and the quality of the food and wine, pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a special meal (ask for the 'bubble).

4.5/10This experience was disappointing as I made a reservation for a birthday dinner with hopes to view the Eiffel Tower at night when it sparkles. After having made this reservation weeks in advance, made a request to seat in the balcony lounge for a view of the tower and attempted to email the restaurant to confirm my restaurant, I was disappointed. When seated, it was at a table that was barely visible to the tower. When asked about my request I made, they informed me that the lounge had closed the week prior. If I was given notice about this, I would have chosen a different restaurant. As we tried to make the best out of the dinner, we were going to get a cocktail but was told that they could not make it due to not having the ingredients. I was very hopeful and excited about attending this restaurant as I had seen great reviews on this app plus on social media. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

9.5/10Me and my partner enjoyed our time at the frame restaurant. The service was excellent and we left a tip on our way out. Possibly the most welcoming service, followed by incredible food and refreshing drinks. I highly recommend!

4.5/10Ambience was cold, We had to have a dinner with jacket on. We got the burgers but the meat was raw and l couldn’t ask someone to remake it as the service was disappeared. The waitress dropped our food and disappeared until we asked for the bill. I tried to explain what happened and why all the meat was in my plate even tough she did not ask for. No apologies came up. Disappointing experience compare to prices and hotel..

9/10We were pleasantly surprised at the food at this hotel restaurant. Well, just about everything tasted great, including the Dorado and Quinoa lental starter, we felt the kitchen was a little heavy-handed with the salt.

10/10We had an excellent meal here. A lovely location right by the Eiffel tower and easy to find. The food was fantastic, and the pasta was very fresh. The decor and ambience was perfect. Best if all, our waiter, Ladio, took every effort to make our dinner perfect. He really made the visit worth it for us. Thank you Ladio!

10/10Was in Paris for a day and happened upon this restaurant! The food is sublime! Every single item was cooked excellent well and tasted amazing! The ambience was second to none and the staff’s attention to detail was a nice touch. I felt the prices were on par with the food. It is the restaurant at the Pullman hotel not too far from the Eiffel Tower. Everyone must visit! Can’t wait to visit again!

2.5/10When we arrived we was told the rooftop was closed only reason we had made the reservations. Then our waiter attended to someone next to us even though we arrived first. We was never asked for refills or how the food was. The food was mediocre at best with not a wide menu range I would bb ever dine here again

4/10Had the veal rib and it was very tough and chewy. Veal should melt in your mouth. I asked for another and they said all were tough. I tried the hamburger. Not good. Tough beef and an off putting flavor, as if the beef was bad. My wife had the pulpa salad and did not enjoy it. 6 days in Paris and this was by far the most disappointing meal. Also, they acted like there was a view of the Eiffel tower, but there wasn't one.

5.5/10The ambiance was nice but I was very disappointed that the upstairs bar wasn’t open so that I can see the view of the Eiffel Tower. That was why I chose the restaurant to celebrate my dad’s birthday. Also, the food wasn’t good and the smoked salmon and quinoa dish that my dad ordered had a really odd taste. The service also wasn’t the best. Menu items are limited. My parents complained about the food the whole time and I regret taking my dad there for his birthday. I do not recommend this restaurant.
